Avabruck has always had four mayors!
(He's not legendary because creatures can be summoned from different time periods, and Avabruck has had multiple mayors throughout its history.)
How do the rest of the cards look? Are the costs and rarities appropriate?
Mire feels wrong for black, especially at instant speed.
I forgot to mention that Suicidal Berserker is some great design. My favorite of the bunch.
It's a clever way of using a loyalty ability, rather than just a spell with verbatim that ability.
MajoraX comment: That doesn't work. Reminder text doesn't actually do anything, so saying "(It's not white.)" is meaningless, as there is nothing else stating that.
The reminder text is for its static ability "Merciful Captor is black."
I don't get the color-indicator hate. It's not a particularly elegant piece of technology, but characteristics-setting text is hardly problem-free. I think it's regressive to re-implement characteristics-setting text. I agree the dots are fugly and could use a graphical overhaul, though.
It's not the aesthetics of the dots I mind. It's that they solve a problem that never existed. It's that they can't be used for cards with more than two colors. It's that they take rules out of the text box where they belong. It's that they create problems for colorblind people. It's not regressive to return to something that worked.
Merciful Captor2W
Creature — Vampire Rogue (U)
Merciful Captor is black. (It's not white.)
You may choose not to untap Merciful Captor during your untap step. T: Choose target tapped creature. For as long as Merciful Captor remains tapped, if that creature would untap during its controller's untap step, you gain 1 life instead. 2/1
Rules text those damned color indicators, heathen!
So how do you want the color pie to work regarding these blue hurricanes? Is it mechanically the color of mana spent to cast it, or the color that it is, or similar to hybrid?
Elspeth defeated Xenagos, stabbed him with Godsend and his body fell down to Theros, most probably being dead. That means no future version of Xenagos.
But as the "reward", Heliod told her that no champion shall know more than her god and because she knows and has seen places he does not know, he stabbed her with the sword-spear, that shattered afterwards.
Ajani takes her gravely wounded form back to Theros, and the last thing we read is Elspeth making a complete recovery and going back to kill Heliod because Elspeth is awesome and will never die.

"Not as good as Sword of Fire and Ice" and "Terrible" are two very different things. This is no Razor Boomerang.
That said, yeah, it'll drop.
Yes. Initiative instructs you to exile only creatures, not anything that's attached to them.
Your second assumption is also correct.
Yes, he's trying to get at the squirrel.

Am Shegar - did you intend for Horde to trigger when the token enters the battlefield? That seems really powerful.

Piper's Encore is a better Dramatic Entrance.
Power is Knowledge is a much better Soul's Majesty.
Is Suicidal Berserker supposed to have an activated ability or a ETB trigger?

The cards are cool.

Oh, good. That's a relief!
Kruphix is the God of mystery, so it's fitting.
