The line goes behind Tamiyo. But yea, it is a bit confusing at first glance.
Oh, is it pointing at Sorin then? Are they still on the outs with each other from Teeth of Akoum?

Ajani,
I'm writing you this letter knowing that you'll never read it. When I'm finished with these words, I'm going to roll the parchment up, slide it into a ceramic vial, and sink it in a swamp.
Some things:
I don't think we have official confirmation yet that Dovin and Saheeli have met.
Tibalt has met and is hostile towards Sorin.
Why are Tamiyo and Nissa hostile towards each other?
Presumably there should be a "as though it were mana of any color" somewhere in there.
I like the spell, although shuffling it into your library seems pretty brutal.
Also, the forces of time would completely destroy them unless they were made of silver before they could really do anything in the past anyway. (This assumes of course that we're not getting some massive retcon of the rules of time travel in the mulitverse as part of Khans block.)
Regarding that silver thing: Is that still canon? Does it only apply to time travel on Dominaria? Could a person time travel inside a silver sphere, or do they have to be made of silver? And can Karn still time travel?
A card that changes zones becomes a new object with no memory of its former self. Persist tries to find the creature in the graveyard and is unable to, so does nothing.
Well, I guess this was a waste of time...
Still super psyched for this!

Did that letter actually reach him? I thought Elspeth threw it in a swamp.

If an attacking creature changes control, it will no longer be attacking.
Secret Plans will not trigger when a creature transforms.

Even with Spectrum, 6 is a lot for a measly sorcery-speed 1/1.
