Twitch is indeed very powerful when paired with Radiate; it's one of the most powerful combo's in my Melek, izzet paragon deck. Untap all your stuff, tap everything from the oponent, and draw a card for (almost) each permanent in play. Just be sure to run a library of leng or anything similar
I have a Melek, Izzet Paragon deck thats very budget (<$60,-) and very fun to play. The build I have only has one extra turn spell and no infinite combo's because I don't really like those, but if you would include them the deck can be made quite competitive.
I had a spirit deck some time ago and Call to the Kindred was really worth adding! Removal wasn't really too big of an issue since you get to keep mana open for counters, and the hexproof from Drogskol Captain. It also synergizes well with Eidolon of Rhetoric.
I also play a B/W exalted deck for quite some time now and did quite some tweaking on it. As mentioned above, the deck does best in a two player game but since I mostly play multi-player myself I think i made it quite viable for that as well.
The deck only runs cheap exalted creatures of 1 or 2 mana and uses Vampire Nighthawk and Vault Skirge to attack, generating large amounts of life needed to stay alive in a multi-player game. Especially Vault Skirge is the star, dropping it turn one makes the deck quite fast and reduces the need for lands such as Godless Shrine.
Meekstone is in for a bit of control; the deck lacks decent blockers and keeping the opponents creatures tapped keeps the deck standing later in the game. I tried Retribution of the Meek, but that was just overkill since Meekstone already takes care of big creatures and does it better in my opinion.
I also run 4x Unmake as a defensive card. Especially in multi-player, opponents tend to prefer attacking another player if I have three mana open, afraid of having one of their creatures exiled.
Since all creatures are cheap and the hand is empty quite fast, I need some card draw to keep going. Disciple of Bolas is excellent with exalted, casting it after attacking. I use it on obsolete cards such as a Vault Skirge if I also have a Vampire Nighthawk out, or on another Disciple of Bolas I casted earlier. It could get you five cards and five life on turn four.
I thought about adding Possibility Storm, it seems a lot of fun but am afraid it'll mess up my own game too. Since I'm without blockers most of the time, well-timed bounce is quite needed for survival. I also use quite some tutors, which become quite obsolete with Possibility Storm in play (if played from hand of course). Or do i miss some nice interactions with this card that make up for the downsides it has?
When building this beck, I wanted to create a deck that:
*Is on a budget, preferably below / around $100,-
*Does not involve an infinite combo, which we don't allow in our playgroup
*Is fun to play, thus having more win con's than just massive fireball's, which I personally don't really like
*Has a chance of winning from time to time within my meta consisting of rather expensive decks, because what's more fun than defeating a $1000+ deck with a pile of craprares
I think the result is quite fun to play and rather competitive. The deck does contain an infinite combo, however, with Reiterate and Turnabout but the deck doesn't need it to win and within our group I'm only aloud to copy Turnabout once.
The deck needs a lot of mana, therefore it contains a lot of mana spells; casting a Mana Geyser or High Tide from the top of your library, copying it with Melek, izzet paragon, usually grants enough mana to be able to do whatever you want.
It only contains one extra turn spell because I don't really think it's fun for the rest of the table to include more.
Honourable mention for Radiate! That card is so much fun, whether it is combined with Curse of the Swine turning the whole table into Hogs, Capsize bouncing the whole table, or Twitch, untapping lands and drawing a card for each land on the battlefield
Tips are always welcome! And yes, I'm already looking for a Rite of replication to put in!

And library of Leng with draw/discard cards such as carefull study or faithess looting works really well.
Curse of the swine is also fun, pigs everywhere..!
