1) You need Reliquary Tower, maybe drop Kher Keep for it? I recommend a Kozilek, Butcher of Truth to recover the grave yard + more draws. Given your crazy amounts of ETB effects and low sorc/instant count, what about Warp World. Spelltwine and Epic Experiment deserve mentioning.
2) I'm not sure you need/want Kiki-Jiki. He doesn't seem to do as much in your deck as pure combo. and he draws unnecessary aggro.
4) Since you are considering life from the loam, what about crucible and Azami
5) since you like creatures =D. Sowers of Temptation all the way.

2) Kiki is really solid as long as you have the mana to cast him. He can make for slow locks with Terastodon or Avenger of Zendikar and is generally a really strong card.

Anyway, they have a very intensive electrical engineering program and get scouts from Microsoft, Google, and Apple on a regular basis.
I've been all over (the Europen part of Vegas) and I will say that ( the Roman part of Vegas) was my favourite city for its amazing architecture and layout.
My favourite overall city is probably (Vegas). Doesn't help that I'm part (redneck trash, but just part).

It's kinda funny: My "pen collection" was actually started on impulse when I was about 12 because I "liked the feel of them". It's less of a collection and more like one-of-every-pen-I-have-ever-seen-ever.

3) Steel Hellkite could be an option. I'm not a huge fan of Duplicant.

Honestly, green titan was just in this deck because he was an auto-include. He really isn't all that.
As BlitzAce mentioned, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth makes for a fine replacement. Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger is another option for even more ridiculous ramp.
Alchemist's Refuge is definitely worth considering. Desolate Lighthouse is another land worth considering.
