Hatebears can lock down the game or counter spells, but tokens can't really do that, and without the game-controlling power it's much more difficult to protect Ephara and promise your card draw.
What I'd do instead of you is tone down on the token making effects, and start looking for more ways to utilize them (a good example you have is Opposition - I'm going to be including it in my deck as well).
Silumgar Sorcerer seems strong in your build, Martyr's Cause, Unified Will screams for inclusion here, Fanatical Devotion, Knight-Captain of Eos if you have enough soldiers, Martyred Rusalka...
Cards I think could be cut: Hero of Bladehold, Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Spiritual Visit, maybe more.
Please update on how Angel of Jubilation functions in your deck! I've had my eye on that card since forever and I really want to know how it works out.
Another point: you have both Snapcaster Mage and Torrential Gearhulk. What will you cast with them? The best thing is obviously Mana Drain, but other than that things look more grim.
Stuff you probably won't cast with Snapcaster: Synthetic Destiny, Desertion, Cyclonic Rift.
Stuff you probably won't cast with Gearhulk: White Sun's Zenith, Unexpectedly Absent, Secure the Wastes.
Also, a ton of your instants and sorceries are spells that do nothing but get you a token or two, and that's not worth casting with either of these creatures, so that severely weakens their synergy.
I still like the idea, however, and I'd like to see where you take this.
I hope I'm not the only one to consider a lifegain suite for this. Essence Warden, Angelic Accord - though more conditional, Sun Droplet, maybe shattered angel, etc.
Seems like a potential deck in the making
I also feel like since we have so much bounce effects we can focus on recurring effects like Emeria and Sun Titan, then bounce to our hand.
The only thing that's starting to bum me out is that we are getting higher counts of 1 toughness guys. I can totally see Toxic Deluge or Pyrohemia and the like for 1, and us being the only one it affects.
What do you guys think that might be? Possibly something creature or graveyard related, considering the referencing card.
If anyone is looking for more consistency, this card is a pretty good pick.
ETB searches for a planeswalker, so you can pick Venser to blink for another ETB and start searching for your other PWs.
Also lets you pretty much ignore swarms attacking your planeswalkers.
And to top it off it's tutorable with Thalia's Lancers.
The only thing missing is where the PW you search for goes to (I'm assuming hand but it could be top of library). With our card draw it still shouldn't be a problem.
EDIT: updated image. But now the symbol shows common, so it might be fake?
I also don't get replacing a 3/2 menace that draws you cards or burns your opponent with a 1/2 menace specter... Not good enough.
In my opinion your best cuts are Ulamog's Crusher and Graveborn Muse. Otherwise I'd recommend Archfiend of Depravity, Tree of Perdition, Myojin of Night's Reach (Triple colored), Tectonic Instability.
Oh god. This one might not be a creature, but it's just amazing.
Don't care about Infect. Don't care about Experience Counters. Don't care about Energy counters in AEtherworks Marvel and the like.
If at first I'd thought tentatively about Glacial Chasm as a plan B, now it seems just bonkers. This card also just screams for Phyrexian Unlife.
There currently aren't any Persist / Undying shenanigans in my meta, or almost any, so that potential downside is not huge.
However, I do value As Foretold more than I do this card in Ephara, so I probably won't be slotting it in here, but damn if it isn't tempting.
As a Karador player, I can advise you to never rely on overextending into the graveyard. If your play your hand so that you absolutely have to get Phyrexian Delver into play next turn, and an opponent Bojuka Bogs you, you're in for a bad time.
But yes, utilizing the graveyard as a Plan B is almost always a good idea.
Wall of Denial is continuously portrayed to me as a bad card, but it's saved my butt from Kaalia of the Vast, Maelstrom Wanderer, and random fatties. I know it needs to go out, but I don't know anything that will fill its role so efficiently.
Considering the low count of artifacts in my deck, I'd like to try slotting in Stony Silence. It shuts down 8 of my cards in total, and if I'm getting normal land drops I don't mind all except the sword becoming obsolete.
The thing about Oblivion Ring and Detention Sphere is the undeniable flexibility in what they can take out. I don't have enough counterspell density to be satisfied that they'll be able to take care of everything. I just keep imagining finding Enlightened Tutor against the terrifying Krenko, Mob Boss in my meta, then casting Detention Sphere and getting rid of all his tokens. But yeah I'll try and find something to replace them.
I have Dig Through Time in my Mizzix of the Izmagnus deck and it is indeed phenomenal, but that's because Mizzix can reduce its cost in addition to the Delve. With its full cost, along with the fact I'm running two grave hate outlets and my opponents run a bunch more, it's very unlikely I'll be able to play that card in this deck.
Port Town has hands down always come into play untapped. I'm constantly reducing the number of Plains and Islands, so I'll evaluate if it's become too difficult to activate, but otherwise it's spectacular.
The part I hate about Skycloud Expanse is that it does nothing on its own. I do remember having it with another land in play when the other got Strip Mined, so that it was my only land in play, and that really sucked.
I haven't gotten to play in a while now, and my list is just a mashup of cards right now.

I'd love to hear feedback on my list. Any suggestions? What should I cut?
It's enough for an opponent to get some early mana elves or Gaea's Cradle, or resolve one good rock like Thran Dynamo, and they will either not care about your taxes or have enough mana to kill the more troublesome taxes - so that they won't care. I can't count the games in which the legendary Rhystic Study drew me 2-3 cards throughout the course of an entire game.
Mana is in abundance in EDH, and your deck really doesn't do anything except tax, so you're left doing nothing. In fact, if you're keen on taxing and exhausting your opponents, you should have a look at Brago, King Eternal and the Rishadan package.
My two cents:
If I were to play this Rakdos deck in my EDH meta, it would get obliterated because Rakdos would die so quickly, followed by the damage or lifeloss outlet. I do, however, think it can be changed to fit more dire circumstances.
If you're short and to the point, here's suggestions relevant for everything:
I hope this giant wall of text helps you somehow! I'm curious to see how it goes
