Um, how exactly is Vicious Hunger an example of Anime? It dosen't desplay any of the characteristics of the genera (Almond shaped faces, completly stylized eyes that are usualy either large almods or very rectangular, stylized representation of the nose, small mouth with a lack of lips, no cheekbones or insane styled hair)

there is no "right" way to do anything
Just because there is no right way to do something, dosen't mean there arnt wrongs ways to do something.
Not quite final fortuine combos well with eon hub. And im fairly certian with Tolarian Academy that card is down right broken. As is anycard that lets you take X turns.
Ok first I need to point out that the title of single greatest MTG painter belongs to either Richard Kane Fergueson or Terese Nielsen....and I am a Guay and Tucker fanboy.

Hell, I used to draw Leonardo like crazy when I was young
First of all Donatello is the best Ninja turtle, second of all you should continue to draw the TMNT crew like crazy because the kick ass.
But on to the descusion, its probably obvious from my early post in the card contest what my view on art is. I dont like anime. I did anime about 7 years ago ,or however long ago it was, during the manga-reveloution. I drew it like every other kid. Mostly because it was easy to make a decent looking anime picture compared to making even a subpar realistic drawing. Occassionaly some anime comes off as a pretty picture (I think its ugly :ogasp:o). But rarely if ever have I seen anime come off as art. But to be fair, very minimal if any western comic book art and cartoons have struck me as art. They remind me of pretty pictures and little else.
Im not trying to be elitest or anything, I dont consider anything I have ever drawn to be art either. I reserve the title of art for the heighest plateau of imagery. On the other hand I do consider Paintings and Sculptures that are art to be of an elitest ranking. And I haven't seen anime go that far yet.
And before someone says "well Pringlesman, how do you define art" Ill smack them and say "don't question me". But to be honest I don't have a deffinition of what I consider to be art. I have spent alot of time pondering that question. But its one of those things that I know when I see it. (And yes I do know your going to say that too subjective, Im trying to work on defining it)
If were talking about MoDo vanguard avatars(and i dont see why you wouldn't be) I doubt thats why they are having this contest. Arnt Phage and Akroma already MODO vanguard avatars?
On the other hand, Osaka brings grains of truth...
I should make a picture that says, "Dont make everything into Anime, it deprives the Japenese culture of there artwork by stealing someones culture that you don't completly understand because you arn't Japenese."
But on topic, if I ever get off my lazy but Ill paint the picture I sketched up a week and a half ago.
Ok, i have Doubling Season out, I also have a blasting station out. When I put a Saproling token into play it would put 2 Tokens into play. Would i be able to trigger the blasting stations untap ability seperatly for each token so i would be able to ping for each creature or would I only get the opporunity to trigger the Station after both thetokens are in play?
Well first of all you have 2 demonic tutors, i dont know if you know/care but they are restricted.
You also have 14 reanimate targets, i think thats a little much, i think my deck ran 8. I noticed your deck is missing Buried Alive
IMO you should
-1 Demonic tutor (if you care about it being restricted)
-1 Dragon Mage
-1 Evincar
-1 Brimstone Dragon
-1Phyrexian Collosus
-1 Blazing Archon (Unless this card is working for you)
-1 Crosis the Purger
-1 Rorix Bladewing
+4 Buried Alive, If you can throw away what you need, there is no reason for 14 targets.
+3 Diabolic Edict, early game creature control
+1 Hypnox, this thing is THE classic reanimate target where i play.
North star and naked singularity both have uses, one screws your opponents mana base (esspecialy if your using Eon Hub) completly up. And north star is just inefficent color fixing. Both of those are "bad" but neither of them are terribily god awful. Neverending Torment could be used in a mill deck, I uses Nantuko Shrine in a deck before that didnt do horrible. Numai Outcast on the other hand blows.
Golden rule of Magic #2: When an effect says you can and can't do something, can't wins. Nivix sas you can play it, Epic says you can't. So, you can't.
Hope this helps.
If thtat is the second golden rule of Magic what is the first? Is it the whole cards take precident over rules? or do we not speak about the first rule of Magic?
My favorite card of all time is Stoneforge Mystic. I have done really well in legacy with it. Hell I even have a playset altered to be the ninja turtles.

Im going to have to vote with the drain. ANy card that obsoletes counterspell is just to damn good.
Artifact
There is an additional upkeep phase after your first one.
I wish they would make a card like this to make my honden deck work better.
BTW isn't there an entire form for this?
