Thanks for the input guys, these new Dragons look indeed tasty!
And I like the way you are approaching such a deck, Rezzahan, that was a lot of helpful input! Going for land search in place of cost reducers sounds like a great idea, since I could cut some "useless" stuff from it like the Dragonspeaker Shaman and maybe even the Krosan Tusker - what about Yavimaya Elder as an additional land digger? And adding black would open the possibility of adding Darigaaz, one of my first and all time favourite self bought MTG cards. <3
I'm a bit tired right now and out of ideas... still feel though that the 4x Bladewing/Shivan/Kilnmouth could be somehow reduced and/or partially replaced with other stuff?
Also, what about Fires of Yavimaya - although I already of Bladewing to go charging...? Or Dragon Whelp for some more early game creatures still having synergy with Kilnmouth? Pyroclasm as an alternative to Slice'n'Dice? Although I like the cycling...
How about this, only has some minor changes. Maybe cut the two Temples for Yavimaya Elder? Although <24 lands might be a bit too few for three colours and the amount of high cost cards?
I still feel this might lack some carddraw though... Phyrexian Arena maybe? Utopia Tree instead of Birds of Paradise was an idea to keep it safe from Slice/Dice cycling, though it's somewhat slower.
EDIT 2:
Tested out the latest deck and it's WAY too horribly slow. Will stay with the colours, but deviate from the Dragon theme and go the Fires route. Got something like this in mind:
From the games I've played (1v1) I never really had the need to go for board wipers, because my opponent didn't really have a board at any time due to counters and bounces - but Vindicate is indeed a neat idea, will have a look on how to include it!
I also like the idea of going straight for U/B - since I'm only playing Dromar and his Charm requiring white (and the two familiars...), I could cut white altogether and have a way more efficient mana base... If I just wouldn't love the flavour of those Invasion Dragons so, so much...
EDIT:
Did some slight changes with the cards I have so far.
On second thought, Desolation Angel sounds like an insane win condition, since my opponents board will be emptoy most of the time. Will go for it instead of the Spinal Embrace!
After some friends started discovering and playing MTG, I decided to dust off the remnants of my old collection (again) and build some decks to start playing again. I'm not fond of the new stuff that's been released since I stopped playing (which was the Onslaught cycle), but hope I might still be a force to be reckoned with, although the power level of the newer cards seems to be way higher than most of the older ones.
Anyway, would love to hear some feedback on my Dragon deck:

I've recently dug up all of my old cards, most of them from the Invasion era, and started recreating some decks.
I loved those Dragon legends and try to create some decks centered around them. This one's a U/B/R Crosis deck. Do you think this might work - what could be improved?
Thanks for the answer and all the ideas! I will give those cards a try as soon as I'll get my hand on them. Since my friends started playing when all those "new design cards" came out, they might have some of them.
In the meantime I reworked my deck with my old cards to the following form. Do you think this one might fare better?
After a 10+ years pause of MTG, a friend of mine has started to play MTG and infected me once again. So I've retrieved some of my old cards and started working on some decks again.
Darigaaz was my first and thus most beloved Legendary from back then and thus I am aiming to construct a deck around him. I still feel I could need some help improving it.
After quitting MTG with the start of Mirrodin (god do I hate the design and especially all these (imo) overpowered cards in the newer editions) some friends suggested to start again.
Well... since I've sold my cards back then, I'm starting from zero now and hoped you guys would have some suggestions for a deck to start with.
I really enjoyed the BRG color combination. Since I wanna stay true to what MTG used to be (for me), I wanna build a deck with only pre-Mirrodin cards.
Any ideas?

EDIT:
Did some slight changes with the cards I have so far.
Added 1x Adarkar Wastes and 1x Underground River for the Invasion tapped dual lands and threw in 2x Vindicate for a Probe and an Exclude.
How about replacing the 2x Yawgmoth's Agenda with 2x Fact or Fiction? Or at least get rid of one Agenda to replace it with something else and see it as some kind of last resort win condition? Maybe a Teferi's Moat or Spinal Embrace? Although the Moat might be redundant to Collective Restraint...
EDIT 2:

While I feel that the mana acceleration is fine so far, card draw could be far better - any ideas?
Or would it be an overall better idea to completely redo the deck, and go with B/R Dragons instead?

Haven't lost any of the few games I've played with it so far, yet I still feel that especially mana-wise it's still a bit unreliable.
I'm looking to create a W/U/R deck inspired by the Invasion era. What do you guys think about this, is it still worthwhile today?
Thanks!
