Printing the copies on cardstock would probably be the better option. And if it's only $3 a pop if you mess up then you could just try again with more XP the next time around.
Normally, the best place for a rules question is in our Rules Forums regardless of the format. Additionally they really like it if you use our patent-pending super-special card tags to make things easier for those reading. You can read how to utilize them here.
As for your question, presuming the player with Uril cast the STP you can Deflecting Swat it to Uril. That player is the owner & controller of the spell and Deflecting Swat doesn't change that.
Comprehensive Rules 112.2.
A spell’s owner is the same as the owner of the card that represents it, unless it’s a copy. In that case, the owner of the spell is the player under whose control it was put on the stack. A spell’s controller is, by default, the player who put it on the stack. Every spell has a controller.
This subforum doesn't get much traffic these days. Please be patient. "Bumping" the thread isn't necessary. Looking thru the recent pages may help you find the first instance of the template you're seeking and give you more info.

Thx a lot for your kind words. I'm much honoured being asked for sharing my templates. Actually this design is not originated from me but a fellow called Daniel in the proxy community group. Honors should go to him therefore. BTW, this frame is not a complicated frame to make. It needs just a simple layer of outer border from any existing mtg render template(using photoshop, of course ^__^ ), then go google searching for some scrolls images and add them on the layer. Try different effects on the layers then everyone can have his own template like this, if one is interested. No secret at all. ^__^
That's odd. I heard on the radio earlier today that Japan is far behind the US and other countries in terms of percentages of citizens that have gotten a COVID vaccine. Seems iffy for Wizards to let them restart in store events given that.
I think the new snow duals from Kaldheim will shake up most mana bases upon release. They have me looking at Into the North, Farseek, Wood Elves, as well as Skred for the deck.
Good luck!
Yes, they can block five other attacking creatures. Assuming said attacking creatures do not have flying or some other form of evasion.
Also, we do have a Magic Rulings subforum specifically for in-game questions like this.
Sorcerous Spyglass
Alpine Moon
Bound in Gold
Faith's Fetters
Auras that change the land into a basic land like Spreading Seas or Contaminated Ground.
More heavy handed means like Blood Moon, Blood Sun, or Back to Basics would also work.

Also was thinking this would be the perfect set to bring back the Spell Mastery mechanic. Oh well.

Also, while not official yet I think Spectral Searchlight was seen in the leaks at common.
