Out of curiosity what were the other boards you posted on? When you first brought this to our attention I tried to do some digging but was unable to locate any other MTG forum with a similar topic or response.
It's seeing play some in Pauper. Mostly mid-range Jund or Mardu flicker lists. Slightly easier to cast than Archaeomancer if you don't care about sub-types or are not running blue. A good addition to the format.
I'd also like to know if +2/+2 counters could work with Marchesa's ability. If so, cards that give +2/+2 would be useful
Marchesa only checks for +1/+1 counters (not many cards use +2/+2 counters). Cards that give a creature +2/+2 until end of turn aren't the same as counters and don't work with Marchesa triggered abilities.
that new counterspell is nice. 4 mana is a lot, but it's a hard counter and 'shuffle your 4 best spells up for another potential go around' is worth 2 mana.
That's actually a reprint from Guilds of Ravnica. But the new art is decent.
Cathar Commando seems impressive. White rarely gets creatures that can hit artifacts at common.
FYI: Rules questions are generally handled in our Rules Forum regardless of the format.
Also, note that normally equipping a creature can only be done at sorcery speed (during one of that player's main phases with the stack empty). Some cards let you equip at instant speed but it's not common. Leonin Shikari is the only card that I'm aware of that can do that.
As for your question, Murder will destroy the Llanowar Elves. Your opponent cannot move equipment on your turn unless something allows them to do that.
Robe of Stars can only save the Llanowar Elves if it was already equipped to them when you cast Murder and your opponent then responded and phased it out.
I've enjoyed working with both. They're standard includes for my Ux control lists these days (NOTE for others reading, my lists don't include infinite combos so YMMV). They seem well positioned in your Nevinyrral's list with all the extra sac-card draw. The biggest challenge I ran into initially was wanting to hold the Clear the Mind too long rather than using it earlier to just recycle a few cards.
Based on some brief Googling I think there are only 16 different decks widely available plus another 2 only released in Japan. WOTC has released 4 per year since 2018. Most (I assume) are balanced against the others in their respective year but I'm not certain how any would fair if pitted versus decks from other release years.
Assuming you'll be playing 1v1, you may want to look into creating a Pauper Battle Box (8+ deck archetypes from MTG's commons-only format). The format has lots of different options although it's a little light on Angels. It may be challenging to acquire complete decks but MTGgoldfish.com may be a good starting point to check out the format and amassing a few decks.
As game pieces they are terrible. Very clunky. There is a lot of text on them and the marker for currently occupied room needs to be tiny. In paper this will be annoying to use and I can imagine accidental displacement of marker will be a thing.
I plan on using a d6 to clearly indicate which room I'm in for the regular size ones.
And btw why not reprint party mechanic in DnD tie-in set instead of inventing new one? It seems like perfect fit for a DnD set and was already proven to be safe for the game.
They touched on this briefly in the Weekly MTG stream yesterday. They are planning on having other stock D&D classes represented in the set and didn't want the Party mechanic to spoil others' fun.
Sad indeed.
RIP Betty White. Thanks for all the laughs

THREE mechanics will be returning.
