Then you create an infinate loop of Stuffy dealing and redealing 1 damage to its self until someone blows up the Shield. Do everyone a favor: Don't play this combo.
Blisstering Firecat is the best four drop I could find that ended the game. The only others I could find were Giant Solifuge and Flametongue Kavu. Any help would be respected.
Ink-Treader is funny as hell with Radiance. Of all the Nephilims, Ink-Treader is pretty damn sick at times.
Just so you know, I don't play removal on Ink-Treader because while it would Wrath of God most the time, it kill all my creatures, including the Treader.
Thanks for all the replies. I heard a alot of stuff I need to consider.
Most of the good cards I didn't put in the decks were because I didn't really put an amazing amount of thought into these them. I should have put things like Tithe, Chain Lightning, Grim Lavamancer, etc, but I am too much into the completion of teh first decklist. If I play the decks and something doesn't work out right I can go back to the drawing board.
Something on non-basic lands, I will add things like fetchlands and Barbarian Ring, I just didn't bother at the time. Once, again, I wanted to get these decks up as fast as possible.
Oh, also, I would like to keep a clean budget. There is a good reason I didn't add Flying Men to this deck. They're $20 a playset, and I have car payments and taxes to throw money at soon.
Everything in the deck should cost one, but you can make exeptions.
Combo one up is easy. Find two or three cards that cost one and do something funny, build a deck around them. Like Myr Servitor and Skullclamp. Not fun for the person you play against, but it is a One Up! combo.
Best advice, use gatherer. It's the magic's player's favorite tool.
I am Welsh Dude. I am so RU it isn't funny. When I get bored I think of a card or deck idea and make a decklist. One idea I got was a deck that used only cards with a casting cost of one. I no only did this with one color. No even two. I did this with all five colors. Here are the results in WUBRG order!
Of course, Land Tax found its way into this deck. Don't hate it because it's abusive in deck that "Goes Off" on two land. Mostly an aggro deck with some auras to help out an offense. The creatures are basic. I just put the best one drops in white in there. Orim’s Chant is in there because it's a Time Walk with a exeptions.
For this color, I took blue, and made it into a restrictive aggro deck. That's right, I'm nucking futs. I threw in a bunch of bad 1/1s in there and some draw spells. The best part is Dizzy Spell. In this deck it goes from "U: This card does nothing relevant" to "1UU: Search your deck for any non-land card and put it in your hand. Then give the person playing counter spells the finger." I alreadly put most of this deck out of my collection and played it. It sucks, by it goes down fighting... by Mind Bending forests into islands and swinging with two or three Grayscaled Gharials.
This deck does what black does best. Kill, kill some more, kill again. Cremate has the words "draw a card" on it so I have to throw it in there. Ghastly Demise is great considering how many of my creatures can kill themselves or other creatures in control. Then I also have Darkblast to feed the graveyard even more. Black is funny, and by funny I mean murderous.
First of all, I know that Land Grant costs two. I don't care. I use it as a free card. My deck my rules. Of course, I have to play Rancor. It's only the best aura in the game. Reclaim is in there because I couldn't find any other cheap recursion.
That's all for the One Up! aggro decks. The next time I do this, COMBO One Up Decks!
Thanks for reading, if you read the whole thing. You did read the whole thing right?
Here's a question for everyone out there. Got some of those useless cards sitting in the bottom your closet? Wanna find a use for that Mogg Sentry, Tidal Kraken, or Biorhymth? I got use the idea! You need to build a stack of crap. What is a stack of crap? Simple it's:
250+ card deck
Highlander (One of each card)
Mono-colored
That's it. The best way to build SoC is to pull out one of each random card you can find, get one land for every other three you have, and throw it together. Don't worry about running decent cards. Use good cards in this deck so you card pull savage topdecks from time to time.
This idea was started by a friend of mine. He made a stack of random green cards like Regrowth, Verdant Force, and Bee Sting. It was hysterical. So I planned to build a Red SoC, and so everyone else in our play group is building thier own SoC in each color. It's the newest group fad!
Also, here's a funny idea. Try having a multi-player game with only one SoC. It's like a really screwed up draft!
This + Clockspinning + Tim = GG
Cool card. I like something fun and original. The card makes you think about what you can do with it with an ability that seems so unique. Good job!
I think it does because Ancestral Vision's mana cost is "zero" and you replicate it 6 billion times targeting the opponent.
I thought about keeping this quiet because I fear it will create a huge wildfire of Djinn Vision decks all over type two. Have I created a monster?
I need to start thinking about the sideboard. Anyone got any ideas?
Just keep the advise coming.
