Honestly, red judge promos are all around $16 give or take a few dollars. Grim Lavamancer, Burning Wish, Goblin Piledriver... Did I miss any? Oh yeah, the old ones which are a few bucks, with the exception being Lightning Bolt which is $30.
And wasn't the judge promo Sol Ring $50-60 until FtV: Relics came out? They're going for $40 now.
FTV didn't affect the value at all. Judge Sol rings have been $40 for years.
I think you aren't allowed to charge more for credit card payments, but you can charge LESS for cash.
Most small businesses and mom-and-pop shops break that rule anyway.
Pretty sure that is illegal, unless Wisconsin has a different state law about it or something.
Just against the contract the merchant signed.
According to Visa, it's illegal in 10 states to charge a "service charge" for using a credit card.
The "cash discount", which is no different in the end than a credit extra charge, may or may not skirt that law, but either way, your merchant contract prohibits it, at least the ones I have seen.
Here's a link to Visa which talks about their policies and how to report merchants who are breaking the law and/or their agreement:
Dave and Adam's is five minutes from my house. They have long history that isn't always great. (they've lost their sanction for DCI fraud, but are still, I believe the largest second hand wholesaler in the world)
I would trust them no problem to buy boxes, no one has more than them.
Singles are hit or miss, it's really not their bread and butter. Honestly, their making so much money, they just don't care. I know that's horrible customer service, but they sell entire pallets at a time, and that's what they concentrate on.
This place is in my hometown. They are actually one of the biggest distributors of sports cards in the world. They even have exclusive autograph rights with people like Reggie Bush.
thats freking stupid, u shouldnt be punished if ur spellin sux
No one's talking about spelling mistakes, they're talking about mutilating the english language because you're too lazy to spell out the words "your, sucks, you" etc.
The article you linked said that the waiver form will be available online.
It's probably just not out yet.
Are you qualified and under 18? If it doesn't come out in time, just have a parent/guardian write a detailed permission letter and have it notarized. Be sure to include how they agree not to hold wizards, TO, venue or anyone responsible for anything bad that might happen.
Or call the DCI customer service when it gets close.
NO, trade the Opal too. In fact, trade it first. It's good only in people's dreams of god hands.
Good luck!

No, of course not. Just speculation.
When we actually have some cards, maybe someone will be able to guess.

They do say that cash discounts are ok, but that doesn't mean that the contract they signed doesn't forbid it.
Also, here's an faq from Visa about how merchants can't impose a minimum purchase for cards, since this always comes up as well:

A pallet is this:
Freight is shipped piled high on a pallet and wrapped with extremely strong plastic wrap.

That said.... I don't know if you're being sarcastic or something

You don't have to worry about them.
People should have their wishes fulfilled, regardless of what you think about them as a person.
