I go against the current and wished Marchesa, the Black Rose didn't have U in her colour identity
I wanted to build a rakdos deck with her (cheap manabase is a thing) based on scepters, discard and sacrifice
too much workout to get an island just for her
If there was a color you could add to your commander, what color would it be, and why?
I'll get the ball rolling. I'd like to see Kruphix, God of Horizons with red with all of the red and/or green mana doublers, and red's access to nasty X cost spells along with Wort, the Raidmother copying shenanigans.
Since she's already been revealed, I'll make a variant version of her.
Dragonlord Atarka 6RG
Legendary Creature - Elder Dragon
~ can't be countered
Flying, trample
Creatures spells you control can't be countered, and creatures you control have hexproof as long as the total power of creatures you control is 16 or greater.

Next: WUBRG legendary creature that cares about +1/+1 counters.
Anyone else thinking a new version of Cruel Control with her as the topper? Counters and creature removal? Guaranteed their wincons will be in the yard when she hits the field? Back her up with counterspells? No? Bueller?
I was thinking this, but with the addition of Thoughtseize so you can preempt the cards that'll give you the most grief.
The one thing I'm having trouble with is the cost because I feel the effect is strong, but I don't know what it warrants for the cost. The numbers can change, but I want the equipment ability to stay relatively the same.
Tykan, the Capitol's Armorer 1RWU
Legendary Creature - Human Soldier (MR)
Defender
Whenever Tykan, the Capitol's Armorer becomes the target of a spell or ability, counter that spell or ability unless its controller pays 3.
Whenever a non-germ creature enters the battlefield under your control, put a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of each equipment attached to Tykan except those tokens gain "When the equipped creature leaves the battlefield, exile this permanent", then attach those tokens to the creature.

Haetahdri, the Eternal Cycle 2BGW
Legendary Creature — Avatar Spirit
Lifelink
Whenever you gain life, put that many essence counters on Haetahdri, the Eternal Cycle. BGW, remove six essence counters from Haetandri:
Choose one —
•Put a divinity counter on target creature. That creature has indestructible for as long as it has a divinity counter on it.
•Target creature's controller sacrifices it.
•Return target card from your graveyard to your hand.

Tejenko, Living Flame Adept 3RRR
Legendary Creature - Human Shaman
At the beginning of you upkeep, you may put a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of another target creature you control, except it's an elemental in addition to it's other creature types. It gains haste. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step. 2(G/W)(G/W): Populate.

A Rakshasa from tarkir, with a BUG color identity. How it is done is up to you.
Let say I have a Mizzium Transreliquat using it's second ability to copy a Bonesplitter and I have it attached to a creature. If I use it's second ability later on, like before damage in combat, could I turn it into a another equipment, like Sword of Fire and Ice, and have it still attached to the creature?
Put this bad boy on Zurgo Helmsmasher so that he has one less vulnerability as he'll be indestructible 90% of the time, and he has to attack, so that adds more hurt from having him on the board.
and it's garbage compared to rare leviathans we've had before it.
Uh.
I mean, it's not quite Inkwell Leviathan, but it's still better than nearly all the dumb blue fatties that we've ever gotten. Flash is incredibly strong on a blue finisher, especially for traditional control decks.
You may be right, but still kinda wish part of it's reason for mythic wasn't because of the Prowess mechanic.
My problem with buying from local stores is the fact that they ALL base their prices on those very same online retailers who do these profiteering tactics.
I think I'll leave this.
This, or I would like to see green added to Hanna for Bant enchantress decks, or red for Jeskai for straight up voltron reasons.
I'll get the ball rolling. I'd like to see Kruphix, God of Horizons with red with all of the red and/or green mana doublers, and red's access to nasty X cost spells along with Wort, the Raidmother copying shenanigans.

Just more stuff to add for blue's ever expanding portion of the color pie.
I hope the next ones also include Ugin, since I figure he'll be a card by then.
Is said deck using Equipment or Auras? The reason I ask is because this idea seems really cool.
