Legendary Creature — Orc Wizard [M]
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, you may exile an incantation card for as long as that creature is on the battlefield. As long as that card is exiled this way, that creature gains “Whenever this creature attacks or blocks, you may cast a copy of the exiled incantation without paying its mana cost. You can’t gain extra turns or phases this way.” (Instants and sorceries are incantations.)
The idea was that his food imbues the eaters with magic, including himself.

Mar 20, 2019This conversation why if they print more wishes, I hope they are in the style of Mastermind's Acquisition, so that, if people aren't ok with a wishboard and/or wishes in general, you still have a card that can still do something inside the deck without having to remove it.Posted in: Commander Rules Discussion Forum
Feb 23, 2019Posted in: Commander (EDH)Quote from Runnin »Well, i had 9 mana. One (Muldrotha Landfall) of my two opponents killed the other (Zedru) with 13 triggers from Ob-Nixilis, the Fallen after a Splendid Reclamationand shot me (Child of Alara Enchantress) down to 27 from 36.
I had 9 mana, Enchanter's Prescence and Argothian Enchantress in play. Managed to find the last land and i played my omniscience. Started playing card for card, drawing my deck and dumping out enchantments.
I looked at his board, thought how the hell im gonna win with this deck since it was newly built. Someone mentions he has Glacial Chasm in play. Started thinking and i had a Strip Mine in the Graveyard. Played Seasons Past and picked up Maelstrom Wanderer, Grim Feast, Wrath of God and Demonic Tutor. I could wrath his board and get a bunch of life since the Ob-nixilis was like, a 42/42.
Then i noticed i could loop Seasons Past and Demonic Tutor so i could find the Seasons Past, pick up my Strip Mine from the graveyard (missed it the first time) and played my Oracle of Mul'Daya that has been in my hand since the beginning because i got locked down under a Aggressive Mining before.
PLayed it, strip mined the Glacial Chasm, played Maelstrom Wanderer and played Opalescence. Swung for leathal. When i put in Maelstrom Wanderer, i just wanted to live the dream with Maelstrom Nexus + Estrid's Invocationhaha ( which i did, it was amazing with Bloom Tender (((which i sadly have to sell now )))) )
Do you have a list forthis 5 Color Enchantress deck?
Feb 9, 2019Azorius: 32 CommandersPosted in: Commander (EDH)
Dimir: 30 Commanders
Rakdos: 31 Commanders
Gruul: 26 Commanders
Selesnya: 32 Commanders
Orzhov: 20 Commanders
Izzet: 21 Commanders
Golgari: 23 Commanders
Boros: 23 Commanders
Simic: 18 Commanders
Other than for completion, why do we need Allied colored decks? They have plenty commanders as is, and there are wedges that could still use more.
Feb 3, 2019Posted in: Commander (EDH)Quote from Hazzenko »Burning Graveyard
Tap, Pay 1 life, Sacrifice Burning Graveyard: Search your library for a Swamp or Mountain card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library. Use this ability only if you have a commander in play or in Command Zone.
And all the nine others combinations. It's perfect for EDH and affordable to add two or three in every future precon decks.
In addition to this cycle, I want them to do a cycle of dual lands that come into play tapped unless you have a commander in play or in the command zone, so that there is a cycle of dual lands to go with your cycle.

Legendary Creature - Insect Shaman [M]
Whenever a land enter the battlefield under your control, create a Hive, a 0/3 green Insect token with defender and "At the beginning of your upkeep, create a 1/1 green Insect token."
Swarming creatures you control get +1/+1 and lifelink. (Insects, Rats, Spiders, and Squirrels are swarming)
Next: A commander that makes copy tokens for your favorite EDH archetype.
Jan 31, 2019I want more effects like Clever Impersonator and/or Helm of the Host so that copying noncreature and/or legendary permanents is easier. Something along the lines of this.Posted in: Commander (EDH)
Mirror's Envy 3UU
Create a token that's a copy of target permanent, except it isn't legendary.
Jan 20, 2019I was playing Grixis Marchesa against mt friends Muldrotha deck. After some back and forth of me hitting him with Gray Merchant of Asphodel 3 times and him hitting me with 7 progressively growing plants from Avenger of Zendikar and Evolving Wilds. It was likely he had me dead on board, but he took the sure fire win by playing Puppeteer Clique, taking the only card in my graveyard, a Herald of Secret Streams, making his 6/7 plants unblockable. It was a funny win if I've ever seen one.Posted in: Commander (EDH)
Nov 25, 2018The confusion seems to come from the reminder text referring to each sliver, making it seem like only 3 Frenzy Slivers attacking and not being blocked would deal a total of 30 damage, where the other way, in the same scenario, those 3 Frenzy Slivers would deal a total of 12 damage.Posted in: Magic Rulings
Nov 25, 2018So a player reading Frenzy Sliver, Lymph Sliver, and Virulent Sliver with their reminder text says, for example, that having 3 Frenzy Slivers gives each sliver three instances of "Whenever a Sliver attacks and isn't blocked, it gets +1/+0 until end of turn." They also say it stacks similarly with the other two. Is this the case or, referring to the previous example, does having three Frenzy Slivers give each sliver three instances of "Whenever this creature attacks and isn't blocked, it gets +1/+0 until end of turn."?Posted in: Magic Rulings
