I'm sorry but there is no reason to pick a mediocre white card just because we chose an excellent white card in the first pack. We will probably play more than one color anyway. Nephalia Seakite is the best card in the pack, is easily splashable, and can act as psydo-removal. I'd say it's the best pick.
Arugment for blue: It has cards that enables all 3 skaabs with confusion/mini skaabs---Increasing Confusion can be an alternate win condition as well. It has card draw in divination, a fantastic counter in Bone to Ash, Griptide is just as good as Grasp of Phantoms without the flashback, which this deck can really take advantage of because of the card draw, Sensory Deprivation as removal and Mirror Mad for a big flyer. I don't see how this isn't good.
Milling yourself seems like a disaster in limited, using a bunch of creatures that require a common limited resource seems like an even worse idea. I agree that Grasp seems okay along with the other spells, but that's not enough IMO. You really need more creatures without additional costs to play blue.
Okay, this just isn't right. Drafting with the new cards is one of the best ways to learn how to play with them in advance. I don't understand why they implemented this change.
Because having DFC's is more important to the game then being able to draft.
Seriously though can we now admit that DFC's were a mistake? No, probably not, as we are getting at least two more sets of them. Admitting it was a mistake will have to wait until after that I guess.
well, in the quote it is mentioned that it makes a 2/2 critter each upkeep. Perhaps he needs to be in night mode to do it? Perhaps night mode is some sort of upkeep cost? I just felt that two things clicked into place and perhaps the third will explain itself in time.
Well there is no cost on the night side that I saw, it would have to be on the day side and switch back every turn.
Looks like we have found MaRo's 2/2 for 2 that makes 2/2's.
As for the werewolf mechanic, I'm jumping on the token card band wagon. In Odyssey block, there were gravestones on the top to indicate that there was something with flasback in the graveyard. With these things, it might be to easily indicate that there is something under another card that has day/night effects.
except it's a 3/3 and it costs no mana when he said it would cost two mana each turn.
Honestly, I'm expecting 3. We already have artwork for Sorin and Liliana. I'm expecting this to be similar to Torment, in that it all ties back to black somehow.
1. There will only be 2 planeswalkers this set (see above)
2. Sorin is likely in DA as the name of that set was with his new art.
3. Everything we've learned so far says it won't be centered on one color, black included.
That was a decklist for a sealed I accidentally added I quickly removed it.

Reread the person I'm quoting, he said it was a 2/2, but it is a 3/3.

Yes we have, we've been told there will be two planeswalkers in ISD. We know one is Liliana and the other is Garruk hence they are the only ones.
