100 bucks for a playset, I'll wait. But oh yes, great news.

I'm not Spooly, but I do know Manamorphose has been underrated from the start. Most people just don't believe it's the right deck to play Vegas odds combo mode with.
Now that we're playing more red spells in the main deck, it's a bit more difficult to predict the correct colors. Normally you'd blind name BB or BG and usually end up fine, but that really hurts if you draw a Bolt off it now.

I definitely don't want Stubs against Spirits. They're a go-wide creature deck at its core and removal is what's gonna win you the matchup. You still have discard to take their Paths and Cocos. Having a Stub stuck in your hand while they flash in flyer after flyer feels really bad. You also have to keep in mind that they can play Spell Quellers to counter your Stubs, and getting back a discard spell from a Queller that you kill is often a lot better than getting back a Stub.

It's the same for Devoted Company or any other flavor of that archetype - do they play spells that you can target with countermagic? Yes, but the creatures are the problem and you have other solutions for their pesky instants.

I just pick up this week a teferi for 25€ a real bargain (40€ min price in europe) so i put on my jeskai control deck just to try it and man that card its really good

I was playing vs traverse shadow and he has a tasigur on board

If he's playing Tasigur in a Traverse shell he's got no right winning, but yeah Grin

UW is just awful awful. It's my most dreaded matchup after Jund, and feels pretty much unbeatable unless everything goes perfectly and they don't draw Verdict. I agree that the tempo plan is the best option. Souls are close to useless.

It's a poor state of affairs overall - but as Spooly said, Terminus is easier to beat than Verdict so maybe things are looking up for us.

Your list seems fine, and there really is no 'wrong half' of the deck mostly, as Jund is all about playing the most powerful cards in its available colors. That said, Modern's power level has risen significantly over the past few years and one could argue that Jund isn't strong enough to keep up. People still put up results with it though, and that's due to a good amount of skill and practice.

Jund is a true 50/50 deck that forces you to work hard for your wins. Small mistakes will cost you the game, just like that. This can mean fetching for the wrong shockland, discarding the wrong card to Liliana, activating her when you perhaps shouldn't have, forgetting to attack with your manland once, etc..

If your metagame is one of each then Jund should be a decent choice overall, although it might be a bit harder to sideboard for it effectively. Keep at it, it's a fairly straightforward deck on the surface but on a smaller scale making the proper decisions, turn by turn, can be very challenging. Watch Reid Duke play the deck, it'll give you a lot of insight as he's the best Jund player out there.

Red gives "only" terminate and bolt and BBE ( if you play him )

And Kolaghan's Command, Anger of the Gods, Grim Lavamancer, Ancient Grudge... Mana requirements really aren't the issue for Jund.

What the hell... that can't possibly be a correct decklist, can it?

There's a subreddit and a Facebook group but the level of discussion there is so appallingly simple it'll make your head hurt.

It doesn't do anything against the decks to beat right now, but it could be a meta call I guess. Surgical and Ooze are the least of our concerns at the moment, generally.
