@Ninja: Wow. That's too much. Things will look up after this, I'm sure.
@Blogs: I've never ever made one... maybe I should? I'm certainly debating it, but I don't really feel comfortable letting everything out in the open to people who I don't know.
I'm going for dinner soon. Currently I'm watching the sports shows and reveling in the Colts win.
My fave bit of that was Belichick. Manning walked by and tried to shake his hand, but when he got no response he just patted Belichick on the belly. Funny as all get out.
Winning maneuver. Belichick needs therapy... or something like that.
In the way of all this news of glorious victory, a few hours ago Bill Parcells announced his "retirement." I'm not buying it until he's out for at least two years. Remember how he said the same thing after he left the Jets?
Now, for the Super Bowl prediction. I think that this will be a well-fought game, since both defenses look like they're for real. It will go down to a battle of arms, and Peyton is just better. And lest we forget, the Colts have Mr. Clutch Foot: Vinatieri. Those two will bring the Colts over Da Bears, but in all honesty this could go either way, despite the fact that the NFC is the inferior conference.
Well, I couldn't hear what they were saying on the TV in the exercise room due to the fact that all TVs that are on there are muted, but I saw something on the TV that showed CNN about a bipartisan measure that says the Senate will not support any further troops in Iraq. I doubt that has teeth, though, since I know that Emperor Bush will just go ahead anyway.
I'll celebrate by actually reading that article they put in the latest Sports Illustrated about the never-before-seen photographs. He may not have been the most humble guy out there, but as a person he's admirable and a great story. A true American hero.
Um, he was probably more than aware of that? Have you never heard someone intentionally use the word "nipply" in that context to be cute/humorous?
Maybe it was a typo and he didn't realize it. Either way, him using that word brought an image to my mind about how nipples become when it gets cold. OK, maybe that was too much information.
@Mondays: It's a bummer to get back to the usual grind, but I'm not like Garfield when it comes to Mondays. All of you complaining about it have a case of the Mondays. (God I love that movie.)
Also, attached is my card for the final round of the FCC. Enjoy.
Little comment on Bill Richardson running? From what I know of him, he looks like an excellent candidate.
I've heard a little bit about him. He's a fairly popular governor, but unfortunately he's got a low profile. You can't really vote for somebody you don't know about. Much like Edwards, though, he'd be a good vice presidential candidate. I'd sooner vote for Obama or Clark, but I'd take Richardson over Clinton.

I've heard nothing but good things about this movie, so naturally I'm tempted to see it. The only problem is that it hasn't been widely released, but I've heard that might change. If that happens, I'll be sure to catch it.
I don't know about the popularity of NFL in north america but how can a small ice arena fit thousands of people? they should play outdoors where its way brighter
Are you talking about the RCA Dome? That's not a "small ice arena," it's a 56,000-seat indoor stadium. It's getting replaced in a couple of seasons by a traditional, outdoor stadium in Indianapolis.
As for Manning and a ring: I'm hoping he gets one, if only to shut the experts up. Still I don't really care who wins; like I said, I'm a little bit for the Bears on this one.
Edit: Just to show how classless the Patriots (well, most of them) are: Belichick refused to even look at Manning as he walked past, and Brady went straight to the locker room. The only high-profile player to congratulate Peyton was Bruschi. I never thought it was possible for me to hate the Patriots even more after this season, but I keep finding ways.

Anyway, I'm in the same boat as Alacar: I have classes to go to, effective now. Also, wish me luck in the final FCC round!
