  • posted a message on [GP] Borborygmos: A tidbit of info!
I wouldn't be surprised if supersized bloodthirst meant bloodthirst with a really large number. I really hope it is at least 10/10 even if it means having an upkeep like kuro or dragon tyrant. What about
    Borborygmos 4RRGG
    Legendary Creature-Giant Warrior
    Bloodthirst 10
    Trample
During your upkeep, pay RRGG or bury Borborygmos.
    10/10
This would be a cool card.:grin2:

  • posted a message on Which guild do you think you are most likely to play?
Selensya is my favorite right now since it has really big creatures. Grul will probably be my favorite later on since red/green will probably focus more on offense. It's really nice to finally see a huge white creature in Autochthon Wurm.

  • posted a message on Counterspell Dependency
I like counterspells to. There is nothing wrong with wanting to build a control deck and if you like to play it, counterspells are some of the best control cards. I personally think control decks are annoying, but I play counterspells in agressive blue decks.

  • posted a message on Does Bisexuality really exist?
I believe bisexuality exists, but society seems to be uncomfortable with the idea. It is probably because it makes many people uncomfortable to think that they may have some tendency to be attracted to members of the same sex. As long as there is a clear distinction, there is a group to marginalize as the "them" group. I seems to be a superiority issue. The "us" group seeks to have power over the "them" group by identifying a characteristic deemed inferior. I believe that everyone is somewhat bisexual.

  • posted a message on Favourite card for casual play
Since casual play is not very competitive, I like to play leviathan or polar kraken. They're big tramplers and It's always fun to see the looks from opponents who don't expect it. Turn 3 is especially great for getting polar kraken into play by reanimation. It can usually end games in 2 attacks.

  • posted a message on What power should I get?
Why is the most powerful card missing from the poll? Black Lotus is likely the best choice since it allows for extremely broken combos on turn one. I base my arguement on it being the most powerful on it being more valuable than any other card. It also can produce any one color of mana therefore, it can be big for any color unlike the others except library of alexandria, making it more versitile.

  • posted a message on the end of magic
There is really no way to know what would happen, but if Wizards of the Coast ever did stop printing cards, it is likely that prices would fall because most of the players would lose interest.

  • posted a message on [RAV] Mindleech Mass
Mindleech Mass should be extremely strong in sealed deck matches since they are usually slower. With its size, it could easily trample over a blocker and let you swipe one of your opponent' s options for your own. If it get in play in any format, it will certainly result in major card advantage. Being black also gets it around any "destroy target nonblack creature" effect. Overall, likely too costly for constructed play, but if it somehow gets help such as a large amount of reanimate cards later in block, who knows?

The leviathan while not powerful in serious play, is definately going to be fun if it gets into play. Searching out Leviathan (10/10, Trample my favorite blue card) is going to work better in my casula deck that makes large amounts of mana, but has few powerful cards to spend it on.

cleansing beam and the embermage are great for hosing saprolings and other mass token creators such as hunted troll (burn your opponent's 4 creatures) They are also excellent against mono colored decks which may appear in other formats than block.

  • posted a message on [RAV] Hunted Horror & Firemane Angel
The angel is overcosted, but it would be nice to have a few in the graveyard to gain life every turn. The horror is an extremely powerful card. A 7/7 for two mana is likely to be powerful in any deck that plays non black removal. The point of the block is to play multiple colors any way.
