flaming infinity posted a message on Gruul/Bloodthirst Tie-ins?If red gets can't be blocked by only one creature and green gets can't be blocked by more than one creature, it seems reasonable that a RG card could get unblockable. Haste also seems likely since both colors like aggressive creatures.Posted in: Speculation

flaming infinity posted a message on Orzhov GuildmageCleric seems reasonable since the guildmage is both of the colors that get the most clerics.Posted in: Speculation

flaming infinity posted a message on Official member of National Honor Society!I was in the NHS, but I don't know how I got in. I never filled out a form, went to a single meeting, or did any community service. I did graduate with the gold tassel though. I guess the school administration just decided that I should be a member.Posted in: Special Occasions

flaming infinity posted a message on [DIS] reprint: Seal of Fire (confirmed: post 92)Seal of Fire is a nice card, but I really think Shock is better because of the surprise. I don't really agree with the white seal not being reprinted for being out of flavor. Seed Spark was in Ravnica and had the same effect.Posted in: The Rumor Mill

flaming infinity posted a message on [GP] Wreak HavocThis seems like a quality destruction card. Land destruction may or may not be a viable deck type. If it is, this will be great against control. For any deck not into destroying lands, Putrefy would be better though being instant and having creature destruction.Posted in: Rumor Mill Archive

flaming infinity posted a message on Brady Dommermuth post on wizards boardsRats will probably be printed sometime in the block simply because it would fit with the rats in Kamigawa. It will likely be part of the design to make them fit together.Posted in: Speculation

flaming infinity posted a message on Changes made to Reserve List?I think that any card that is well loved, regardless of its secondary market value, should be reprinted at some point. If it is too powerful and would be broken in Standard, Extended, or Block it could be part of a set that will not be legal for any of those formats like a Chronicles 2 set.Posted in: Speculation

flaming infinity posted a message on Plague Boiler: Good or Bad in Standard? In decks that cannot support white removal, Plague Boiler may be an option, but Wrath of God and Final Judgement just seem like better answers to me.Posted in: New Card Discussion

flaming infinity posted a message on Sell me on: GrozothI'm surprised no one has mentioned that this card can search up enough cards to make psychatog even more broken than it already is. If you can get it into play, you can fill your hand with lots of cards to discard.Posted in: New Card Discussion

flaming infinity posted a message on Cerulean SphinxCerulean Sphinx doesn't seem to have much value in constructed, but it's still a fairly costed, large flying creature. It's just a slightly bigger Air Elemental. Replacing Mahamoti Djinn is unlikely, but they're both good for finishers.Posted in: New Card Discussion
