I feel like this isn't THAT bad, if mostly a Limited card, I feel it should be an Instant. I feel having it at 2 could be too strong of anti-aggro, myself. 3 mana Instant seems good, though.
is it just me or is this not absolutely awful? Opening hand, its 0 mana gain 6 life and you have it for later, and it can turn the tides. I could see this as a sideboard/one-of card in heavy control decks.

I generally do try to win but I don't feel I exactly have winning material and I'm pretty willing to just throw out silly stuff I don't expect to win days, so it's more just trying my best while having fun and hoping I can maybe do a win.
Darn, I forgot an entry for Day one! Oh well, it's not too bad to miss one day, right?
When it comes to critique, I definitely don'y mind waiting a while for it, especially when it feels kinda sadly rare, so do what you feel is best Piar.

I quite like Tamiyo's abilities and I love to see her back, card is good, but I am slightly disappointed she's Bant colored. Not enough to make me riot, but she seemed textbook pure blue to me.

I like Manite's nickname for it: Lobocop.
I love this card tho, the art-flavor is so goofy mad scientist, while the card also having some real Johnny uses. Fun.
