1)Haste cards, playing her and attacking right away is key to playing her (Anger, Hammer of Purphoros, Fervor)
2)Copy spell cards, play big spell and copy it (Mirari, Reverberate, Nivix Guildmage)
3)Bounce cards, after the attack and playing a big spell if their are no other spells to play bounce her back to your hand. This will only allow you to get a small pool of cards for her to play each time, but it will also keep her casting cost down(she can get really hard to cast late game if shes been killed to many times in these colors, saying that if you have the mana let her die) (Crystal Shard, Erratic Portal, Peel from Reality)
4)Pillow fort cards, make it a pain for people to attack you, slow the game down and play it your way, your bounce cards can also help here as well(Gomazoa, Fog Bank, Serendib Sorcerer, Silent Arbiter, Crawlspace)
5)Big Spells, of course you want to make sure that your deck has options for Jeleva as well
The plan with this is to cast her and attack then bounce back to hand. repeat next turn
Kurphix's knows a lot more than he should, more back story on Elspeth's death and origin of gods along with Gods compared to other evils. pretty good read
the Draft i was in i got passed 2 rares, since this was just a low key draft i asked him why he didn't he pick any of these good rare, he told me he got a pack with 3 rares in it, so yes it is possible to get 3 rares in one pack.
Yes Elspeth is still alive in some way or form, does that mean Xenagos is to? Could they work together to get out of the underworld with there minds still intact? Could Erebos use her (or Both) to get at Heliod? and if Elspeth lost her spark there could be ways of getting it back (a God way, a Nyx way, or Xenagos old Spark?)
Shes coming back somehow but she still needs her mind, there is so much for her to finish to just let it all be forgotten (aka her coming back with a mask thing)
no i know that but as far as pissing off the table every time they draw will get a lot of looks my way i fear(just like when i first played against him)
Yeah that's something id like to avoid(arch enemy), granted if i make it more pillow forty that would soften the blow while their minds cave to Nekusar
(about Seizan)although black does have some really neat card draw stuff i fear that mono black is just not as fast as mono blue or RUB
Basically if i were to make a deck who should i choose? seems like Kami could fly under the radar a lot better then Nekusar but the killing power of Nekusar is a lot nicer.
thoughts?
