I do not like the word Decayed. Like, the wording on the UB legend is quite bad ("...if it didn't have decayed"). Decay would have worked better or perhaps a different word.
Jadar is interesting but certainly not Ophiomancer. A vanilla 2/2 is not as good as a Deathtouch 1/1 in most cases, and only triggering on your turn instead of each player's turn is about 25% as good in multiplayer.
You will get the treasure after the child goes boom for deadly dispute, since sac is an additional cost.
Note that Minimus Containment and the card it is enchanting will both get destroyed at the same time, since Minimus makes it into a (non-land) artifact with no abilities except for the mana one. Also, it is not that great on commanders, simnce the owner of the commander can sac it for mana.
Using a D20 for only 2 options feels like a total waste. It's the exactly rate of a mundane coin flip. I get it's not functionally equivalent in this set but c'mon.
That is not actually true, if you are using a fair dice. There are 9 numbers from 1 to 9 and 11 between 10 and 20. So it is 11/20 for the good outcome while only 9/20 for the bad part

Just when you thought the typical 1/1 with deathtouch was annoying...notice how the first strike only happens during your turn, so no, it won't be killing Tarrasques anytime soon unless the opponent is at 1 life, still, this will be really good in Limited as a dungeon enabler or as the go-to guy to grab Equipments.

The attack trigger on Tarrasques is not optional, so they cant attack you with Tarrasques if you got no other creatures than this but you can attack them...
I would guess they are just using these ability words for flavor in this set. I think it is silly that it does not have the abillity of keen sense though, if they want to call it that.
The companion nerf and the Phyrexian creature type update both change the functionality of printed cards. You can split hairs and say it's not, but I disagree.
You make it sound like it is new. The grand creature type update in 2007 changed the type of 1167 creatures and there have been many other changes before and since. There were also other functional changes (apart from creature types) over the years, e.g. Oboro Envoy is quite nasty as printed but is a lot worse with its update. Heck, Orcish Oriflamme had one between Alpha and Beta! That said, I do agree that the companion fix was very much a big functional change which does suggest that they are more ok with it.
Teferi actually got a HIGHER loyalty as well. 4 -> 5
Some of them are very bad now. Fields is still solid though I think. Teferi is quite a bit worse: Against agro, you can't bounce 2 drop on the play (since 3 drop will then kill him). Against control, they can at least counter him now.
The token also can't block which seems important.

I really like these classes. Some of the levels are very nice
