A golden rule says: if anything that you want to say is only an annoying nonsense, it is better to remain silent/do not write anything.

Making stupid jokes of communism is a clear proof that you have absolutely no idea how hard it was to actually live in it.

I apologize to mods for being harsh, but this really angered me. But heck, it is only internet...

Yes, that "joke" just seemed to be random trolling since it has nothing to do with anything and is remarkably offensive to people who lived under the Iron Curtain.

While I don't like the masculine-feminine attribute of genderless object in French, Spanish, ect. The problems of my first language, English, definetely eclipse those of other alphabetic languages. English phonetics and spelling are just retarded...

Spiketail Hatchling is fun in Fish, it puts your opponent back a turn and gets in the damage since his ability does not require tapping.

Voice of All he didn't say anything rude. what you quoted was not rude. Y'all need to be less sensitive so we can keep the discussion about the topic.

And that's speculation on Ravnica Counterspells Kekeke

Cool, then I can be much less catious about what I say from now on. It seems that things like "sure....whatever", "off course....[even though you are completely wrong]"... don't seem to bother anyone around here, among other things. If I said that in normal dialogue, people would get angry at me, perhaps the fact that this is a forum gives more leniency. Either way, its all for the better. I am just going to relax from now on.

    what?

    uhm.

as said above, we.. got.. those..

also, a hard counter at 2cc won't happen without a drawback. otherwise, it'd just be Counterspell.

I believe that he was refering to 3 mana counters, which would be really good with the second color to add in another effect:) . There is no UUR or UUG counter, but there are similar 4 mana counters out already.

Well, for one thing, Counterspells are most useful in dedicated control decks, especially ones with lots of other counterspells. You're going to be countering most things your opponent plays or drawing cards at the end of his turn, then dropping a single threat that can win because you're counterspelling all the opponnent's things.

Also, you definitely seemed more rude than him.

    Whatever.

"Um... yeah, this is the strgedy that dominated many games."

This clearly sounds satirical which constitutes rudeness in this case. How was I "definitely" more rude then him? Please give a quote, like I just did.

He wasn't being rude at all... I don't understand how you got that. Is your first language something other than English? Seriously, disagreeing with someone isn't rude.

A agree, disagreeing with someone is not rude. I just don't like the "umm....yeah..." in a clearly negative context.

These are just lands, for pete's sake... . Extended and Ravnica block contructed will need these however(no painlands in block), but that is going to be were most of the demand for these will come from.

These are crap in T1, nuff said. In Legacy, in order to fetch it you need 3 life, otherwise it is like coastal tower except you ALSO loss 1 life([sigh].........crap). That is just horrible compared to fetching old duals. If you want to play legacy with ravduals, then you better be playing a quick combo or aggro perhaps.

In block, extended, and T2 these will be awesome. HOWEVER, if the price is like $20 or more, then people will just get painlands for T2, along with 2 guildlands and maybe one ravdual, if they print decent fetch. These cards are not unique in T2 as they both cover all the same colors(ahem....R_E:wink3: ) and they have similar power levels.

They are pretty and blackbordered, really pretty:) , but that is not going to do the trick either. These lands were made to make Legacy a bit more affordable as they are decent lands for that formatt, but certainly not the best, but still playable for certain types of decks in Legacy(but sure as heck not control or suicide).

Agreed, UB aggro is much more interesting than UB control. Perhaps better counters will come out with the UW guild in Dissension, which would be more appropriate.

The Simic, that one was a bit wierd, epecially having the word "the" in its name. That is definetely my least favorite.

Um... yeah, this is the strgedy that dominated many games. The problem is that have an unconditional counter cost UU did allow a blue player to drop threats and have mana open. In addition you could leave UU open easily and always bluff a counter spell, something hard to do with rewind or hinder. Finally CS was fast early on but just as effective later, A mana leak is a great early answer but pretty useless later on, where as a counterspell is still effective.

Please do not be rude, assume good faith. Anyway, I love counterspell, but seriously, any aggro deck would own counterspell completely. Also drawing any counter after the spell is played is just another case in which it is useless, unlike other removal. Only totally combo reliant decks are afraid of counterspell.

Besides, in order to play a 2/2 flying drake with counter backup, you need 5 mana. Remember that it is just a 2/2 that an opponent can easily outgun, and you can not just counter all of his/her creatures with those 4 counterspells.

Actually I have noticed a fair amount of rudeness on these forums.....curious.

As long as the Glaze has been in play since the beginning of your turn, you can attack with it. That it wasn't a creature when you began the turn is irrelevant. See Blinkmoth Nexus or Genju of the Spires.

I see, the wording on summoning sickness does seem to imply that when I read it closely. Thanks, that cards makes a LOT more sense now.:)

Since you generally play creature during your turn, and this thing doesn't have haste, you could not use it to attack or block. Is it supposed to be like this?

Generally, the only playable "if" counter are the counter unless you play 3 spells. Well OK, its just mana leak.8^)
