Hey everyone! I've been playing Standard for a while, but have recently fallen out of love with it and decided Modern would be a nice place to go next. I'm just a little overwhelmed by how many amazing archetypes there are! Budget is the primary concern here as $250 is pretty much my current cap and I have little direction otherwise. (I have checked out the Budget forum, but other than Shamanism, I didn't see much that interested me.) I enjoy Auras, Toolbox Decks, and Tribal stuff. Just looking for a few cheaper options that can still hold their own in this meta (I watched some local modern tournaments before- more Splinter Twin and Melira Pod decks than I expected).
Favorite Playstyle (Aggro, Midrange, Control, Combo): Anything but game-ending infinite combos (I'm looking at you, Melira Pod and Splinter-Twin) How Competitive (For Fun, Local Tournament, MTGO, PTQ/GP): Local Tournament, maybe something I could invest more in and take to PTQ/GP?
