I really like Echo of Eons as a way to recover spent cards and generate card advantage from an empty board state. Giver of Runes is more cute than anything, and we're not playing MoM as is, so she won't make the cut. Collector Ouphe is the real deal if you're in an artifact heavy playgroup, so I recommend it in niche cases. Winds of Abandon is really cool, and I think that I'll try it out in Arcades, Aminatou, and Kaalia. The art on the new Genesis is freaking awesome and it's a solid card by itself, so I could see it in the budget list or in someone's 99. I think that Generous Gift is going to be an auto-include, since it's another Beast Within effect. And who doesn't like White Elephant gift exchanges? Wall of Blossoms got reprinted, which is REALLY nice. Watcher for Tomorrow is much better than people think. Eladamri's Call got reprinted, which is nice. Soulherder is interesting, but not quite good enough for the deck methinks because I think there are better blink cards available. Very good card though.
No, I don't think Cunning Evasion is needed. Our creatures are generally the highest toughness creatures on the board, so saving them from combat damage isn't necessary. And I think there are better ways to get cast triggers from permanents. I'd rather play Crystal Shard over this enchantment since it has applications for the Wall-Ball turn.
I think that Soulherder is a really cool card and will find a home in Brago decks. I think it's a fine inclusion in the deck after you've tried out Eldrazi Displacer. I think the Displacer does what the 'Herder does, but better.
Stroke of Genius will be replaced with Echo of Eons for sure and Negate will be coming out for Force of Negation. I haven't quite decided what/if Urza actually makes it in, but I think he will. Probably in place of Mind Stone. And Prismatic Vista for an Island, of course.
Hmm, there are some good cards in that list. I certainly think it's worth exploring. I particularly like the Remorseful Cleric, the Sanctum Prelate, Doomed Necromancer, Leonin Relic-Warder, Glowrider, Ethersworn Canonist, and Alms Collector. That's a really decent pile of Clerics right there, so perhaps Edgewalker does have some applications for Kaalia.
The only thing that I don't like about it is that it costs 3 CMC. The 'Walker doesn't directly power out a T3 Kaalia like I want it to, sadly.

Treasonous Ogre is also a very dangerous card that is not as played simply because he only generates R. It's a little harder (not terribly harder, mind you) to take advantage of that free mana, particularly since it's 3 life per activation. There are ways around that of course (gotta love Aetherflux Reservoir), but it's still fairly steep without the correct setup. If he generated mana of any color, you can bet that he would be a premier combo piece for R/X deck.
Welcome to MTGSal! I recommend that you check out the Urza thread here.
Also, generally speaking, we encourage you to present a decklist when you post in the EDH forums. Do you have one in mind/written out? That will help people get an idea of what synergies are present in your deck so that we can make constructive suggestions.
In regards to the specific combos, I think that anything with Deadeye Navigator is probably too expensive from a CMC perspective to include. The best ways to create infinite mana are with Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal and Paradox Engine.

In all honesty, it's now VERY possible to build this deck on a pseudo-budget. Like, you could spend only $300 to build it from scratch and it would be just as viable as the super $$$ main decklist. I'm really excited with where WOTC is going from a card design standpoint.
While I'm seriously sad I never got to live the dream with Griselbrand ( was doing religious service when he was printed), I completely support him being banned. He's simply too good of a MTG card for Commander.
Add me to the potential body count for this!
Also, adding in Karn would be anti-flavor to Yawgmoth as Karn was a necessary piece of The Legacy Weapon that eradicated Yawgmoth from existence. Your blasphemy is noted!
In all seriousness, I'm not a fan of Karn, Scion of Urza because PW's are such a liability generally in Commander. Karn is even more of a liability since his plus ability exiles a card from your deck permanently if he dies. Black has a lot more ways to recur PW's, true, but I'd rather not expose my deck to that particular weakness. Additionally, he only adds 2 tokens, and it takes 2 turns to even see those 2 tokens hit your side of the field. I think that's a bit too slow for what the deck wants to do.
