Probably an easy question, but just looking for clarification for myself. Say I prepare my deck before going down for my FNM, but when I get there I see I'm playing Steve in the first round. I know Steve has a lot of blue counter spells and some flyers. Can I "sideboard" in my hexproof creatures and some with Reach before I play? And if I then see I'm playing someone else in the second round who's got lots of blockers, can I re-sideboard out my hexproofs and reachers and put in my direct damage spells instead between the games?
Might be worth sideboarding a few of those hydras... I got a few Mending Touches. It's just Xenagos I'm jonesing over now... And it's such a cool looking card...
Thanks again to all. I've got some more Elvish Mystics, did a couple of dry-runs against myself and came out very nicely by round 6 (had some like a 10/10, couple of 6/6s, etc.).
Further question: what if... I got a couple of Temple of Abandon, maybe a couple of Mountains, and Xenagos Planeswalker? Even without red creatures, he still seems to pump out some good stuff, particularly late in the game against a control deck. Good, bad, indifferent?

I like that, actually. Might adjust to use Karametra's Acolyte rather than BTE though and keep some larger beasties. But I like the thinking behind it.
Also, I have an Elvish Mystic and used him last time, but doesn't he in effect just take up space from a basic Forest? If he's on top of a Forest, isn't he in effect just putting me back one turn (as I can't activate his ability until next turn)? Unless he gets a few counters on him, he'll always just get tapped. That's just my logic, however, and I would love to hear why he should be included.
Oh, and I did try the Boar/Wurm thing, didn't really work... (wurk?)
It's probably not going to be very good against a Control deck and I also had issues with things dealing damage directly to me (like Lava Axe). Not sure how to avoid that.
Hi, I'm putting together a green deck just for casual play down at my gaming store. It was based on the M14 Intro Deck but I've put some Theros stuff in there too. It's quite "sprawly" but I did manage to win two out of three matches last week with it (5-3 record overall on the night).
My strategy is a very simple Aggro; get some beasts out, make them big, kill everything. Nothing fancy.
Is there anything I should keep in mind with this? Am I missing something obvious? I know it's a lot of different things, but it's what I've been able to cobble together for now.

Sorry for being a noob, but "4 of's"? As in "4 of [something]"? I tried to keep it quite varied and flexible; i.e. the Giant Spiders and Deadly Recluses along with Plummet and Windstorm are my "anti-aircraft" (along with Arbor Colossus later on); the Briarpack Alphas are there to boost something that the opponent might not think of blocking because of the Flash and pump up the Centaur Battlemaster and Hero of Leina Tower; Howl of the Night Pack obviously to throw out a pack of wolves and then make them bigger if possible; Advocate of the Beast for the Kalonian Tuskers and Rumbling Baloths. Staunch-Hearted Warrior is probably mostly filler if anything though. I also have a couple of Voracious Wurms that might work nicely with the Bow of Nylea, but I fear I might be trying to cover every angle here.
