arbitraryarmor - Dead Bloom
It's a good card, but I'm not thrilled with mono-green getting straight up creature removal, even if it came with a token. I would rather see it as a multicolored card than a hybrid.
Crusader 8 - Goblin Camouflage
Brilliant flavor and the effect is very nice. The problem is that the wording is off. The choose a creature and whenever it attacks clauses are a awkward, and it would be hard to make a proper one with overload.
bloodyspasm - Instant Wrath
The name is pretty unimaginative, but my biggest issue with this card is that it doesn't really have a drawback, just a restriction to play.
Eskimo_Rage - Volcanic Refusal
Very interesting design. Very nice 2 mana counter, but it could potentially be very aggressive, as the opponent may not have anything to do with RRR, and still taking damage by mana burn at eot. I understood the flavor and it works very well, but it would probably less broken if you added a different combination of mana or even the spells cost.
Also, you didn't post an IIW
Rudyard - Ancestral Gamble
Good idea, but it can be very broken, specially when combined with madness. For this, I see as a Rare rather than an Uncommon
headley - Lashout
Interesting. The design is very similar to Eskimo_Rage's and it corrects it almost in the same way I suggested in his review. I would really love to see this print, although I would cost it at RR or 1R
Amadeus Bastion - Reinventing the Wheel
Good card, and the name is very cool. Instead of "your opponent", it should be "that permanent's controller" and restrict it to only opponent's cards. Otherwise, it doesn't work in multiplayer
lemonator31 - Uncage the Beast
Good idea, but it can be abbused very easily with sac outlets or Ball Lightning-type cards, return to hand effects and stuff like that.
KageHamusuta - Effigy of Pain
Straight up, fair balance but very on the weak side. Nothing special though
I saw lots of very good ideas, but the best ones are Dead Bloom and Lashout. Both brilliant cards, well balanced and very cool. Each have one little issue, but great design nonetheless. In the end, I have to weight every aspect of the cards, and by a hair, headley's Lashout takes it home.
lgmhorus - Static Bolt
How many more bolts does burn need?
Sorry CC, but this does not feel like a review at all. You just say you are fed up with bolts and that's it. I have no idea about the mechanics and design of my card...
Lockdown Veredict1UU
Instant (U)
As an aditional cost to play ~, exile a white spell you control (That spell doesn't resolve).
Counter target spell. If you do, that spell's owner can't play spells or activated abilities this turn. One mistake is all you need to be condemned.
Boros Weaverknight :symwr::symwr:
Creature - Human Knight (U)
Whenever you play a white spell, ~ gains lifelink until end of turn.
Whenever you play a red spell, ~ gains double strike until end of turn.
2/2
This card has a huge potential to be broken either way. Having it look for Power instead of CMC will merely reduce this. This is why I think we need the exile clause.
Cytoinfused Brute 1GG
Creature - Mutant Beast (c)
Graft 0
Unleash "Hmm... The cytoplasm infusion worked, but it made the subject mentally stable. Next step: infusing even more.

3/3
Working my way through a pile of designs from several months ago. Some make a bit less sense after RTR, but here's some stuff:
Copy Cat - :1mana::symgw:
Creature - Cat (U)
Whenever Copy Cat deals combat damage to a player, put a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of Copy Cat.
1/1
Timbermare's Ghost - 2G
Sorcery (U)
Put a 5/5 green Elemental creature token with haste onto the battlefield. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.
I agree with everybody, this seems very red. Other than that, fine.
Bowman Line - W
Creature - Human Archer (U)
Bowman Line can block an additional creature.
Reach
At the beginning of your upkeep, shuffle Bowman Line into your library.
1/5
As it is right now, it is very limited. I would go with flash and probably an extra :sym1:

So, next challenge: Utility lands
Thanks Crepes, it sure does

After all, if we don't play some cards all of this is pretty much pointless
Three more entries today. I'll wait until tomorrow and judge what we have.
Instant (U)
As an aditional cost to play ~, exile a white spell you control (That spell doesn't resolve).
Counter target spell. If you do, that spell's owner can't play spells or activated abilities this turn.
One mistake is all you need to be condemned.
Instant (U)
If you control another red spell, ~ deals 3 damage to target creature or player.
"Give me a spark, and I'll give you a storm"
IIW: 1 Mana Legendary Permanent
Creature - Human Knight (U)
Whenever you play a white spell, ~ gains lifelink until end of turn.
Whenever you play a red spell, ~ gains double strike until end of turn.
2/2
IIW: Legendary Enchantments
Enchantment (R)
Vanishing X
Players can't play spells or use activated abilities.
I think we are missing some action here, Crusader
Creature - Mutant Beast (c)

Unleash

IIW: Something that goes on/off
Fine by me, except that I would go mono-green.
I agree with everybody, this seems very red. Other than that, fine.
As it is right now, it is very limited. I would go with flash and probably an extra :sym1:
I think it's a consensus here: This needs to be creature.
