I like Harbinger of Justice. But the idea of a cleric representing justice and being able to summon soldiers at will doesn't really resonate with me.
Archive Master is crazily strong. With its free activated ability, it puts Jushi Apprentice, Jace Beleren and Azure Mage to shame, and I shudder to think what would happen if used alongside Thousand-Year Elixir and other untappers. It definitely needs an activation cost of some sort. Or the safer option of making it a single card.
I'm also a little worried at what Bottom of the Barrel can do with graveyard tricks like Dredge, especially with its cheap mana cost. I think we've reached a point where milling yourself isn't really a drawback anymore.
Fractal Image certainly has some good combo potential as something to sacrifice over and over again with a sacrifice outlet. I would make its p/t smaller or maybe limit the triggered ability to dying from combat damage because it's incredibly difficult to get rid of at the moment.
Abandoned Airstrip is perfect.
I like where you're going with this one-off use idea. Deserted Library is great too.

60 cards is the minimum limit. The intro pack comes with a M10 booster, so you can add the white and red cards from the booster to the deck. You'll still be around 15 cards short though, so you might need to buy some singles. More copies of Elite Vanguard, Harm's Way and Lightning Bolt would certainly make the deck more powerful.
