    Hidden Oppression - A cross between Telepathy and Force Spike? Doesn't look very useful. I don't see any reason to combine the two effects together, unlike Ghost-Lit Warder. And isn't Channel only on spirit creatures?

    At the end of an opponent's turn whose turn is before you, you may tap all basic lands he or she controls. If you do, at the beginning of your next main pahse, add X to your mana pool, where X is equal to the number of lands tapped this way.

    Gareth, the Thief - Looks like a very lethal and fun card to build a deck around; although I don't understand why a thief would need to lose some of his own resources to gain others. And, unlike Higure, the Still Wind, the two abilities don't really have much synergy, since dealing damage to the opponent is not crucial for the stealing effect. Maybe change it to a Higure-like effect.

    Surging Blastoderm - Seems rather balanced. Like Shivan Wurm, which seems powerful at first, this card is an excellent example of a very good R/G beatdown creature. Although I still don't get why the original Blastoderm had the 'can't be the target of spells or abilities' because it's not very in colour...

    Lens of Truth - Looks really weak. Chances are, if you had a white creature or sorcery, you would have played it by now. Same with instants, though it's a little better since you can play small spells on your opponent's turn even if all your lands are tapped.

    Magnitude of Flaws - This card's hard to critique because it really depends on the situation at hand. I like the idea, but I think it would make things simpler if you just said 'draw a card for each creature in play'.

    Pit of Reanimation - Doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it, but I think it might have potential to cause broken combos. And crazy card-drawing with the likes of Skullclamp.

    Any idea what rarity this cycle should be? All suggestions and crticism are appreciated.

    Null Armor - Doesn't look that bad; I think there was a blue enchant creature version of it. However, I don't think the ability that comes along witht he equip cost works, because while the spell's on the stack, equipping can only be played anytime you can play a sorcery. Am I right? And i think the equip cost can be lowered to 2 or even 1.
