Now that we have sandworm cards in the new expansion I was wondering if anyone had an idea of decks based off of the Dune series. I've been reading the books and I think it would be nifty.
According to the Myriad ability when a creature with it attacks it makes tokens attacking other players but they have to be exiled. When the tokens are made, if I copy them with Rhys' final ability would the tokens created with the copying ability stay or would they exile as well as the other tokens? Also what would happen if you attacked with a Myriad creature and had Parallel Lives or Doubling Season out?
I really liked allies back in original Zendikar and I think with the array of abilities it shouldn't be that hard to make a competitive Ally deck yet I haven't seen any. I made an experimental deck on tappedout.com but I would like to hear any other suggestions. Generally when I make a deck I think it works well but when I play at FNM I get blown out or sometimes get very lucky. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/naya-allies-tips-welcome-to-make-competitive/. I really like Naya and the general plan is to just have an Ally swarm and win with Veteran Warleader or Angelic Captain.
So the rules of commander say you can't use cards that aren't your commander's color identity. Theoretically could I put miscolored cards with devoid in my deck because they technically have no colors since we can use artifacts and colorless cards in any commander deck? Also if theoretically they made a five mana devoid legendary creature what would its identity be?
Sorry I don't know how to format decks here. The basic thing is to get Anafenza out and start playing dudes to bolster until you get a spectra ward or mass calcify and go to town. Any tips and changes would be helpful.
If I have a creature with Spectra Ward on it (it gives it protection from colors) and I have a Bolster ability on the stack and the qualifying target has protection from colors will the Bolster either a) fizzle, b) target the creature anyways, c) target the next best creature, or d) none of the above.
Please use card tags on your future posts in Rulings. Thank you for your cooperation.
