I'm only going to have 16-17 (depending on what I cut for Mouth) snow cards, so I don't really feel that Scrying Sheets is worth using up one of my colourless land slots.
Love your perspective on Titania, I've been playing her for about 2 years and she's fantastic. Care to share a list? Curious about some of your options.

Exile all attacking creatures target player controls. That player may search his or her library for that many basic land cards, put those cards onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle his or her library.
This seems like some nice ramp for a white token deck that can reset easily.
I feel like Beast Within looks almost too expensive, although versatile. In terms of removal, the other single targeted removal feels a little better. Does carpet of flowers really ramp you a lot? Izzet Charm just feels alright to me. Maybe thirst for knowledge is worse, but I dont know. Would Dispel or Arcane Denial be the first counter to go? I guess Jace feels super slow to me.
It's a tough call, I hate cutting any counter or removal, so I'd look at creatures first then maybe planeswalkers.
You think stubborn denial is too conditional to make the cut? I guess negate is better. And is forbidden alchemy just not good cause you can't discard from hand? I do love that you get to add Wheel and Dack not to mention the lovely Sire of Insanity
Looks good to me. Let us know how it plays.
Edit: Just saw that you were looking for cuts haha I'll look it over again and see if anything stands out.
How does this list hold up against super fast combo decks like Food Chain Tazri? I want to either rebuild Tasigur or build Tazri and I'm looking for opinions.
In my experience, it does very well against those decks if you know the right plays to make (what to counter, or target with removal). The deck's low cost answers make it such that we can deal with multiple threats early on. I find it's ok to sometimes hold off our game plan, to neuter the combo deck first and then get back to the win.
Fellow Wort player here! I'm just getting back to it after a hiatus, and she still feels just as exciting as I remember. My list is more of a spellslinger/control variant, but I've played Wort as a token general and also as a weird voltron list. I look forward to good discussion about her potential as a commander!
I also love the idea of Wort spellslinger. Check out the list in my sig. I need to update it, but the deck is so much fun. I'll post again with thoughts when I'm off work.
I freaking LOVE the Reiterate and Lightning Bolt use. Its all awesome, but perhaps I chose wrong with Early Harvest due to the color difference in the background. Mind doing Past in Flames on the left instead? Perhaps it will blend better? Plus I forgot how much I love that art! Seriously thank you so much for the time you put in! Either way the banner makes even more excited to work on Wort!
Don't you usually play 1v1 though? I play with 4 regularly and that diversity led me to stop looking for Iona because it wasn't very proactive for what we REALLY want, DEN and Palinchron . I usually rate creatures we want to reanimate based on how much they do during the first turn cycle. For example, Jin get's us 7 cards at end of turn. And with each pass of a turn it gets better. Same with Consecrated Sphinx. Rune-scarred Demon gets us more of what we need. So what happens when we go around with Winnower? It just seems like he should do more than potentially cut off some spells. I'm aware that any of our targets can eat a path, and this is exactly why I think you'll find him underwhelming. I typically want to draw cards or tutor and let my counters stop their spells. Maybe not. But the only deck I'm worried about with this build is fast combo, and Ulamog seems more appealing in that he can hose that archetype. Plus he's resilient on his own.

This won't work unfortunately, as the zombies are black, and conspire requires the creature to be the same color as the spell.
