Adanto Vanguard + Axis of Mortality
How it works is that you use Adanto Vanguard's "pay 4 life ability" repeatedly to lower your life down to 4 or less on opponents end step while you have Axis of Mortality in play. On your up keep you switch life totals with them and either attack, or a direct damage spell. I am currently running a WUG list to access stronger creatures and card draw. Cards like Nissa, Steward of Elements and Rogue Refiner help me scry and draw to hit the combo pieces.
There is another strategy in this deck that uses Dusk // Dawn as a way to wipe the board while using smaller 2 power creatures with explore to keep pressure while continuously cycling through my deck. Dawn also allows me to get any of may 2 power creatures back if the were hit by removal.
This is a very rough version but combo has worked pretty well. since the main combo is to white cards it makes it easy to play with other color variants.
would love to know what you guys think.

To be clear, Panharmonicon is a fun card, but it doesn't do all that. It does nothing for Walking Ballista because it's not a trigger. Nor is Winding Constrictor. But you are right that Rogue Refiner will draw 2 cards and gain 4 energy, and Rishkar will lay out counters on 2+2 creatures.
P.S. Still rocking the combo list. Fabrication Module and Decoction Module surprisingly put in a lot of work. You can actually get away with running up to 4 each and come out ahead in the long run.

This kind of deck can outgrind anything. We have a reusable tutor, that eventually leads to Seasons Past reclaiming all the singletons that got used up so you can run those singletons a second time. And with the built-in lifegain, you have a fair chance against aggessive decks too.

and ps. UW won me FNM again. This time drawing RW vehicles but beating Mardu, Stockpile and UR Drake Reanimator.

3-0 beating RG pummeler, Temur energy and Mardu vehicles. Felt great all the way through, with all variety of draws.

EDIT May 19: I am having a TON of fun with this deck! You draw tons of cards, play lots of creatures and interact powerfully with your opponent. Try it and see!
This deck feels like a bigger Bant Coco. Tons of card advantage, tons of advantage on the battlefield. Aggro players find they can no longer attack, and control players find they can't effectively control. You will overwhelm the opposition in card advantage and mana effectiveness, and can play on their turn to effectively dominate the game.
This list is just my ideas. It's a great deck when you don't draw As Foretold, and a broken deck if you draw one early.
There are so many other cards to consider here.

Lots of Cards
To feed As Foretold Oath of Nissa,Thraben Inspector, Duskwatch Recruiter, Tireless Tracker, Tamiyo, Field Researcher, Nissa, Steward of the Elements, Vizier of the Menagerie and cycle lands all do the "more cards" thing.
Nissa and Vizier also do the cheating cards in trick. They let you look at the top of your library and decide to play directly, or use a clue or Duskwatch or Tamiyo to draw it.
Flash
We also have cards to cast on their turn: Spell Queller, Void Grafter, Archangel Avacyn, Stasis Snare, Cast Out fill this duty.
Sideboard
Narnam Renegade to solve the newly popular big-stuff aggro matchup. Manglehorn for artifacts.

To support it, you want a Waste to target with Evolving Wilds, and I'd suggest Spire of Industry (clue, servo enable color). Blisterpod is another option. Multiplied scions when it dies seems good.
Also, just one Second Harvest once you've built a board can be nutty.
Zombies? I'd suggest Yahenni's Expertise or Dusk // Dawn. Our stuff dies, but we rebuild easily.

2-1 vs Mardu
2-0 vs artifact recursion
1-2 vs Mardu (really good player. I would have beat an average player.)
0-2 vs BR control. !@@#$@$ 1BB Liliana.
3-2 vs UG ramp.
Take-aways: I want to be MORE aggro.
I did not run into Fumigate, but I know white control is going to be running it.
