Why is this an antelope? The okapi is most closely related to the giraffe...

Right, the card itself. Not terribly exciting, but a 3/2 vigilance for 3 should be good enough in Limited. As for the flavor text, I wonder how much more in-depth we'll get with regards to the Saruli.

Well, this is embarrassing. I changed the name of my spell yesterday, but I didn't fix the card text. Whoops!

    Crash and Burn 2R
    Instant (U)
Destroy target artifact. If it was a Vehicle, destroy all creatures that crewed it this turn.
Sometimes it pays for a racer to have a screw loose. Their vehicle, not so much.

    Enchantment (U)
Whenever a creature leaves the battlefield, surveil 2. (To surveil 2, look at the top 2 cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on the top of your library in any order.)
3UB: Return target creature you control to its owner's hand.

I've already talked this over with GM, but I figure I should say it in-thread: I'm dropping out of the competition. Best of luck to the top 4!

I'm not sure how the combat damage assignment would work within the rules, even though I understand how you meant the ability to work. Aside from that, the fact that it's not in the same colors as McBallard hurts it, and it's unlikely that he would be blocked in the first place, since he has the Kari Zev package of first strike and menace. Honestly this just seems like a mess.
Really cute design! I don't know how Frame would work, even within Bablovia's weird rules, but I like that the card works with Neera's token theme. Pretty well-costed too.
A pretty solid companion card to Mark himself; did I mention that I'm a sucker for art-matters cards? It's not quite as funny as the base card, but it's not bad at all. Also great flavor text.
Sweet idea going for a split card! I like that it lets Boorse or his fragments get in twice. Afteraftermath seems like a neat ability, though it could use something else to set it a bit further apart from plain old aftermath.
A half-cost Scrambleverse that also hurts everyone a lot? Oof. It fits decently flavorfully with your hero, but this seems rather unfun for everyone.
The companion card to the Thoroughbred of Virtue seems pretty great itself. The fact that you get to protect another horse (or human!) is a flavor home run, and the name is a nice touch. (Side note, it's spelled "whinny", though that's neither here nor there.)
I like how this fits with Erch's flavor text in addition to the ability. Seems like there might be some memory issues though, which hurts it. I'm sure it wouldn't be as much of an issue in Bablovia though.

    Random card: Lady Orca

    Lady Beluga 3UU
Legendary Creature — Merfolk Hero (R)
Whenever a blue creature you control deals combat damage to a player, draw a card.
2U, Sacrifice an Island: Until end of turn, Lady Beluga becomes a Whale with base power and toughness 7/7 and gains "Lady Beluga can't be blocked by creatures with power 2 or less."
    3/3
    "Let's Make a Splash!" 1UU
    Sorcery (R)
Exile all nontoken creatures target player controls. Then that player manifests those cards. (To manifest a card, put it onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it's a creature card.)

There isn't much of a connection between Talon Sliver and Renin mechanically, which hurts. The flavor is pretty cool, with a guardian-style ability that we usually see on angels, but the design is ultimately a little underwhelming. Also not really that funny, which hurts in an Un-inspired challenge.
    This space unintentionally left blank.
McBallard's return clause works pretty well, and the idea of a creature that keeps coming back forever is pretty neat, but ultimately there's a little too much going on with this card. Five keywords on a three-drop feels cluttered. He does tie in with Martial Coup pretty well though.
The flavor for this card is adorable, not to mention perfect for Bablovia. The tie-in with Un-sets' (and especially Unstable's) focus on tokens is great, the Conspiracy-style "reveal as you draft" ability is great, and the token-producing ability is a neat spin on Propeller Pioneer's fabricate.
Now this is what an Un-card should be! Unhinged's art-matters cards (cf. Drawn Together) were some of the best cards in the set, and this is an amazing riff on that theme. The abilities work very well together, the Willing Test Subject-style p/t boost seems strong but not overpowered, and the artist gag is the cherry on top. (Side note: I would really like to see a fourth Un-set at some point that focuses on artists; perhaps a world where art comes to life and fights?)
The card ties in very well with Bomber Corps in both name and ability, which is always a plus. The idea behind lost battalion is great, if a little narrow, and the idea of Boorse exploding into fragments, then rebuilding himself, is pretty cool flavorfully. 4 damage on the ability might be a little too strong though.
