After declare the cost of blasphemous Act and before resolve sac the tokens not for gain mana, but to trigger the westvale abbey skill flip it for Ormendahl, Profane Prince and after this Blasphemous Act resolve dealing 13 damage to all creatures?
Sure.
You're overthinking it a bit. It's a regular and straightforward action of responding to a spell with an ability. You cast Blasphemous Act (paying a reduced cost because the tokens are on the battlefield at this point). With the Act spell on the stack, you retain priority and activate the Abbey's ability, sacrificing the tokens as part of its activation cost. -

Cast Blasphemous Act and pay the associated costs (without Sacrificing the Spawn tokens).
Retain Priority so now Blasphemous Act is on the Stack and you can respond to that by paying the cost of activating Westvale Abbey's ability. So, you will need to come up with 5 mana from somewhere (lands, artifacts, other Spawn tokens) in addition to sacrificing your 5 creatures. You can't use the same 5 spawn for the 5 mana and the 5 creaturs for Abbey's ability.
Westvale Abbey will transform and then Blasphemous Act with resolve.
Note that your example seems to suggest that you are the only one with creatures on the board which means Blasphemous Act won't do anything except deal 13 damage to your Ormendahl. Remember; Blasphemous Act costs less for each creature on the battlefield, not just the ones you control. So, if you have 5 spawns and your opponent has 6 creatures, Blasphemous Act will only cost R (basically, as long as there are at least 8 creatures on the battlefield controlled by anyone, Blasphemous Act costs only R to cast). -

The major flaw is the great first turns that could you have with Eldrazi Mimic, Endless One and Knot-Seer, so what if instead ban Ugin we just ban this three new OWG. The eldrazi agro deck will be much less dangerous in first 1-3 turns and dont just destroy the rest of ramp Eldrazi like new UTron eldrazi or processor Eldrazi decks.

Im planning a UB Eldrazi control to play semi-competitive/casual against friends to test it, i know that i would change how Sire of Stagnation for Consecrated Sphinx to improve my threat but i would like to stay it the most eldrazi possible, the lands are the one that have right now "free" from any deck, so i would change them for some shock and fetch, so dont worry about them xd.

The issue right now is that i have 61 card in the deck, and i think that have little room for draw until cast out a Sire of Stagnation so i was thinking in remove the 3xGhostfire Blade and add 1 more Think Twice or change them for concentrate and 1 Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver to improve my exile options and left it in 60 cards.
I know that the Ghostfire Blade in Eldrazi are really cheap, and can make the Fathom Feeder a 3/3 Deathtouch and Ulamog's Nillifier a 4/5 Fly creature pretty easy to improve my threats but im not sure if would worth have 61 card, -1 Think Twice and Ashiok.
