I can only imagine that this is what timespiral spoiler season felt like. I love seeing all of these call backs and mechanics and the new design space they are trying out! This card looks fun. Not broken but can provide a late game threat once you run low on gas. I am excited to see how it performs.
Nice, works well against the changelings that will be running around limited and maybe we will get some more coward cards in the set as well for extra gravy.
Hmm I like it! Maybe this could be the shot in the arm zoo needed? Cost one less then Ranger of eos and has one more tougness as well as a potential way to stop a combo deck the turn before you aggro them out at the cost of finding one less friend? Seems good and the art is amazing!
Astral slide is one of my favorite cards and decks! I am so excited to start brewing in modern, and I know its not the popular oppinion but I like the new art and in foil I bet it will be beautiful!

Yes because the spell that you are trying to counter is still on the stack. So your dash hope's resolves, they take five, then priority is passed around again and eventually lands back on you where you can untap the scepter and then cast dash hopes again.
I agree with you that I really do not believe Prime time should be banned so I am trying to think of a more egregious offender from the list being innocently played instead and wondering how I would react to that. As far as your example I think it was handled well, they didn't know so letting them redo their tun seems very fair to all involved. I would even potentially go as far with prime time and just let them play it. The combo they were getting was good, but by no means should be game ending in a multiplayer scenario.
So I would say you handled it the proper way. They didn't know so just treating the card as a basic land or something for the rest of the game and redoing one's turn seems a very fair solution. The same would go for sundering titan or any of the more unfair and mean cards. I would just be a lot less likely to allow them to play as is, unlike how I am with prime time.
I like this a lot, opponent trying to take an extra turn? No thanks, but don't mind if I do! Opponent trying to entwine tooth and nail? No problem here is whats in my deck. Opponent wants to d tutor for their winnin combo, i think not but let me find an answer to you winning. I really want this card lol.
Okay, now we can have Cavern of Souls for planeswalkers. Seriously, what were they thinking? Are they going to include a card that gives planeswalkers you control indestructible or hexproof or something?
I don't think that's Ral or Teyo in The Elderspell's artwork, I think it's just a poor shmuck who walked to the wrong plane at the wrong time.
Kasnima does help with that, its not hexproof but having to pay 2 more per target makes it a lot worse.
Deliver Unto Evil feels incredibly strong to me. At worst you're paying 3 mana to recover 2 cards (and it doesn't say different names so if you have 3 of the same card in your yard you're guarantied to get one. If this is late in the game and you've got a bolas out it's basically quadruple Demonic tutor for 3 mana lol.
Deliver unto evil is super sweet! I love the ability almost as much as I love the creepy art, it is just sick and its floor seems really high since you can target multiple copies of the same card. I am super excited for this card! can't wait to just chain them together with a Bolas out, like it might be magical christmas land but the value is just amazing!
This might actually be one of my favorite Sarkon's next to the rakdos colored one. I love that he turns all of your planeswalkers into dragons, that would be a fun way to win in limited.
I have found gotcha cards actually ruin a game because everyone just stops talking and it isn't fun at all. Main reason I am not putting them in my cube.
I would have to say that my favorite is Platinum Angel. Not because of what she does but because of the art and the flavor text. She truly looks like the apex of artifice and the art is just amazing.
