well i was hoping to put it in the right place. Then i can explain my strategy and what cards i have looked at. The 2 i want to build is:
(White) A customized Avacyn's Glory deck (i'm sure there are some great cards to make this a great deck)
(Blue/Green) Sliver, (i think it is generally called a control deck) with counterspell type
PS: Also, i actually have 2 of those Moxes. Never new they were worth that much!
Oh the deck still needs to win!
It's just that there are no rules because it's not for tournaments. And i don't know all the cards that's ever been printed

But now I want to build 2 decks for complete casual play, so no rules apply. All the info i get online is only for specific blocks. But i would like to build if from all the cards available (just not too expensive obviously)
Not sure which forum to post as "The Game" section has so many options. So where do I need to post what I am planning & what i have looked at to get some feedback?

I am a casual MtG player that actually like collecting more. Especially anything Angel related.
