Most of the creatures are Human, so Xathrid Necromancer is nice. I split it with Artisan of Forms to start, because 4 Artisan is bad vs. control. Agent of the Fates is great vs. creature and Prophetic Flamespeaker is better with less blockers around. Hidden Strings is the all-star of the deck, doing great things with Pain Seer and Springleaf Drum to 'draw' absurd amounts of cards. I put in a mixed bag of tricks to either clear the way for my creatures to get through or protect them. Cruel Feeding is in there because this deck does a lot of damage to itself.
Courser of Kruphix really ties things together. Letting us see the top card allows us to know when to use the various abilities of the Mystic or the Planeswalkers. We can combo these various things together to get at several extra cards per turn if all goes well. The Scry lands also play nicely with this strategy. There are many different permutations of how the abilities can work together and keep the cards flowing. Your opponent tends to know what is coming, but they are hopefully not able to deal with all of your different threats. Keeping the lands coming is key to keeping the threats coming down. Kiora, the Crashing Wave and Urban Evolution can help get extra lands into play from your hand, or the top of the deck with Courser.
Here are a few examples of common interactions:
Courser w/ Dakra: can draw or mill to look at another card on top in search of a land to play (option to use on upkeep is nice)
Courser w/ Chandra: exile top card to see another, sometimes done just to get rid of a card that is redundant at the time
Courser w/ Domri: Play a land off the top first to look for a creature, or +1 first to get the creature and see if there is a land beneath
Dakra w/ opponent's Courser: mess with their ability to get free land drops
I've played a few games and so far it seems pretty good. I added in Unravel the Æther after my opponent's Whip of Erebos wrecked all my plans. I may want to add another land, but 24 has been doing okay (and the mana base's current symmetry is pleasing).
One sideboard plan is to take out the 4x Dakra Mystic and swap in 4x Anger of the Gods against small creature decks. Then all of my creatures can survive the Anger. Polis Crusher seems good vs. some of the super enchantment-heavy decks that I've started to see. Jace, Memory Adept comes in vs. slower opponents and works well with the topdeck manipulation already present in the deck. I tried Jace, Architect of Thought in the maindeck originally but I think Memory Adept works better with the top of the deck plan.
Noble Quarry sounds like an interesting sideboard card if someone has a deck that can hold down the ground and you can't get through. Rogue's Passage could serve a similar purpose
I think I like it better as a block constructed deck with Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx and Bow of Nylea replacing the Elvish Mystic. It is super mana hungry but also can flood out. Another card that is great with the Constellation mechanic and is heavy green is Fated Intervention because it makes enchantment creatures.
You said most of this already but I'm giving my opinion as well.
Another option could be Deathrite Shaman in the standard version.
Consider Mana Bloom, it has a nice way of setting up Courser of Kruphix with a land drop available and also is an every turn enchantment drop if needed.
But you are not getting any value out of the Mana Bloom itself without an eidolon on the field. Which is why I am saying that one of the cantrip enchantments will be better for you as at least it draws you a card by itself if you need it to.
Unfortunately those cards don't seem too great for constructed play on a competitive level. Could make a neat Inspired/Constellation deck out of it for fun. Purphoros, God of the Forge would fit right in.
I've found that Courser of Kruphix and Eidolon of Blossoms are strong together, and both work nicely with Font of Fertility. I added in a Nykthos because mana is often the choking point and the devotion can build up significantly. Pharika ends up as a creature fairly easily. Brain Maggot is pretty sweet here, as an enchantment and disruption. I'm still tinkering a lot but I like the core idea.
Your deck list is really sloppy. You should group things together more like all the lands, "other spells" creatures, at the very least. As for criticism, you have soooo many 1 or 2 ofs, even with scry lands, that's going to make for a very inconsistent and slow deck. I would drop the "cute" tricks like resonator. If you want to run a ton of scry lands, play control. They run 12 or so in most builds.
I edited the deck list for readability. Thanks for the suggestion.
And what exactly are you doing turns 1-3? Tapped Land - go?
Turn 1: Scry land, scry 1, go
Turn 2: either the same as turn 1 or play a Fleecemane or Blind Obedience from a Shockland
Turn 3: another scry land and a 2 cc thing or play a Courser or a Detention Sphere
A lot depends on the matchup and what you have in hand. Scrying away late game cards helps. The deck is slow but powerful. Sometimes the opponent gets a blitz going and I can't recover.
I am more than a little obsessed with scry lands like Temple of Plenty. They make magic more enjoyable for me. Here's a brew which is a midrange deck that can easily switch gears between reactive and proactive, setting up favorable supreme verdicts and the like. The individual cards are powerful and there are also some strong synergies. It is a bit slow, but Blind Obedience and other cards can help vs. aggro, followed by a board wipe and solid creatures. Celestial Flare is in there because of Stormbreath Dragon, which can be a major thorn in my side. I find that playing tons of scry lands allows for me to diversify things and run some powerful singleton cards that are situationally good. I won't get stuck with duplicate cards that can't be used (Brimaz and Jace usually have a short lifespan). The single Spear of Heliod works great, and Strionic Resonator has a ton of things it can copy, including scry 1 from the lands, Detention Sphere, Brimaz, Ephara, etc).
Fleecemane Lion is great as an early blocker and a later game Lion can go monstrous and survive my own board wipes, along with indestructible gods that can be turned back on fairly easily. Nykthos can lead to some large Sphinx's Revelations as the white enchantments tend to stick around on the board. Archangel of Thune works well with Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Heliod, God of the Sun, and Elspeth, Sun's Champion.
Managing land drops is important but not too challenging. Figuring out the best turn to use a shockland can lead to interesting decisions like whether you want a turn 2 Fleecemane Lion or a turn 4 Supreme Verdict. Black could be easily removed or fleshed out. Blood Baron of Vizkopa is just so powerful versus certain decks that it seems worth it.
Sideboarding gets interesting. Against mono black for example, the creatures get harder to deal with, bringing in 2 more BBoV and 3 Fiendslayers along with some mix of Revoke and Pithing Needle. Pithing Needle often comes in against Mutavaults, as I don't have them myself. I may want to work some Thoughtseizes in there too.
Why isn't reveillark player in Kiki pod? Is because of no sacrifice outlets? Seemes nice with resto angel, witness and it could pickup the combo pieces
Probably because podding to 5 usually wins the game (Kiki-Jiki)

I like Hidden Strings very much, especially with the double strike from Prophetic Flamespeaker.
I wonder if a grixis version with Pain Seer and Agent of the Fates along with some black removal might be good. In this version Retraction Helix gets to shine

Some cards on the cusp of making it into the 75: Izzet Staticaster, Prime Speaker Zegana, Bow of Nylea, Simic Charm
Thoughts?

I like using Mana Bloom on turn two to allow a Courser of Kruphix on turn three with a land drop available. Both have synergy with Eidolon of Blossoms. Fated Intervention can continue the curve on turn 5 for more fun.
Font of Fertility is another card to consider for these decks. I like enchantment based ramp rather than creature based ramp for this archetype.
Unfortunately those cards don't seem too great for constructed play on a competitive level. Could make a neat Inspired/Constellation deck out of it for fun. Purphoros, God of the Forge would fit right in.
