This seems an interesting build. I may convert my Abzan deck into this once I get ahold of the Atarkas.
Thinking on my meta, Supplant Form seems like a nasty response to a whipped Atarka; I'm sure the U/W player at my LGS is going to try it out. Crater's Clawing my own Atarka to stop them from getting one may be the only way to deal with that, haha.
Hey BlueRam, your list inspired mine a bit, though I've changed some cards due to my meta and card availability.
Is there anyway to turn dead land draws into gas? Some kind of reusable loot effect, cheaper Seer's Sundial, or a one-sided Horn of Greed? I find that I keep drawing land in the longer games and would like some way of recyling them, short of hoarding them for a MLD.
They're shipped in trays with a carboard covering and shipping tie; the ties break and letters can be displaced in sorting facilities for sometime before they're discovered. I've had letters or even bubblemailers with shipping take up to a month, proper postage stamp and all.
There's nothing like watching your playset of Mutavaults sit in North Carolina for a month before suddenly having it's appear on your doorstep with no scan inbetween. Meh.
Oi! I've been looking for a more interactive deck after coming off of a mostly control/pillow-fort Oloro and decided to up Brago. Playing a list similar to apocalypse31's for about a week now, swapping Karn, Mana Crypt, Monolith, Mana Leak, and Force of Will with some less expensive counterspells and a couple token generators.
How do you guys tend to win games? While I can often control the game well I have troubles closing it; commander damage isn't quick enough and the only viable means I've found to beating on an opponent is slowly taking them out one at a time. The "quickest" win I've found is a ramp into Brago and dropping one of the Rishadan pirates Turn 4/5.
My ability to police the board's pretty good. Taking care of global threats and shutting down most infinites is a political tact I've been using to avoid hate on my board, but it's mostly been a losing race.
I like this. I'll try this but with Herald of Torments over the Wingmates, and a couple Whips and a single Chord instead of Sorin, mostly for budget reasons... as I don't have any Sorins.
Whipping Rhinos in for the ETB, Lifelink, and Trample has been pretty effective in my own testing, and I'm a Herald of Torment junkie from playing B/W Constellation. Grants Evasion and still leaves you with a 3/3 Flyer should the bestow target eat removal... that and I find flying Rhinos hilarious.

"Posted 1 minute ago". Damn.
Going in my Geast deck, yeah.
