I like that Behemoth both draws you into more stuff and gives you more mana to cast that stuff with. I don't think there's quite enough support for Titania yet, especially in larger cubes, but I could be wrong.
The Expertise spells do not act differently, the ruling is simply poorly worded. If you cast Baral's Expertise, and one of the targets become illegal before it resolves, the other two targets will still be bounced and you will get a free spell. The reason there's a ruling on the Expertises but not Aether Gale or Hex is because they have an additional effect besides the effect that targets permanents (the free spell), which won't happen if all of the spell's targets are illegal upon resolution. The other three Expertises don't have this ruling because their effects don't target.
While I do think that Izzet wants a strong reward for the spells matter deck, I don't think this guy quite gets there. I would love to see a payoff on the level of Monastery Mentor in Izzet eventually.
I don't particularly mind storms, living where I do we get enough rain that I'm used to them by now. I'm not a fan of snow, though.
Hearing all of this praise for Vampire Nighthawk is making me reconsider if it should be in my own cube. I had assumed that, with the decent black three drops released in the past couple years, that Vampire Nighthawk's french vanilla-ness and 1BB casting cost were no longer good enough for cube, but I guess not?
I currently work nights, so that definitely makes me more of a night owl, but I never had problems waking up early when I worked during the day. I've always stayed up late, though, and have had troubles getting a full night's rest for one reason or another.
If it's not on the battlefield, my commander(s) is in the upper-left corner of my playmat, underneath the two D10's representing my life total and the D6 representing commander tax. This has worked really well for me so far.
Planar Cleansing? Seriously? I can kind of understand the other ones listed (Cyclonic Rift is one-sided, and an Instant, while the others can hit lands), but what makes Planar Cleansing worse than say, Austere Command or All is Dust? Why not just ban all wipes at that point?
How are these not win conditions in an Edric list, exactly? You get so much more advantage off of all of these cards compared to the rest of the table (and the blue ones only hit your opponents, even) that you could easily win a game off the back of any of them.
It's fine if you don't want to run any prison elements, but they are definitely win conditions.
Jokulhaups doesn't let you immediately replay your fast mana, which I believe is the determining factor between Upheaval being banned and the Jokulhaups variants legal.

Dread Wanderer
Dread Wanderer is a good aggressive one drop for black aggro decks. Plus, it's a zombie for the cards that care about that, which is great.
Have you ever thought of trying a blue aggro package? Would you want to if Wizards prints more support for it?

Hordeling Outburst
What's the biggest/worst outburst you've ever had? Did you regret it afterward?
