Way to buy into propaganda. And the Trump reference about "locker room talk" - way to push your political agendas on a card game forum and assume your opinions are the status quo, and the only right way to think. That's why everyone is sick of liberals and SJWs. Arrogance and ignorance. No one gives a damn bro, we're here for card games. Get over yourselves and off your righteous soapbox.Posted in: Articles

I think with Xenagos, if he had not been a Planeswalker and learned about realms beyond Theros, he wouldn't have even attempted becoming a god. No, I am not referring to his desire to become one, based on feeling insignificant. It's just like the BNG Guide mentioned - that the other Theros gods must confront the reality of their existence not as the creators of their plane, but as creations of it. This is probably the secret that Xenagos learned when he Planeswalked and learned of other realms - that even as gods of Theros, the existence of other planes, other divinities or great powers on those other worlds, and the fact Theros is merely just another one of them meant that the gods were actually just part of their world, even as rulers, and thus they ascended into godhood rather than having been that way from the beginning. So if they could, he could and therein lay the secret of how to do it for himself.
So really, Planeswalking seemed to be the key to him unraveling the truth about Theros, its gods and the ambition and possibility of him becoming one himself. Without having been a PW, he may never have realized this. Neither him nor anyone for that matter.
Eh, who cares. MTG players don't need to be hipsters. It would be nice to have the game reach out to a wider audience - so long as the game design/themes/lore is not dumbed down to suit the general public that is. I appreciate consistency and quality.
But she's the god of the sea. They're HER followers.
True. How about visit there for Christmas holiday from my dorm in Minamo on Kamigawa.
