Nice card. Flashing in an anthem effects. Pretty sure. I'm not sure why you would want to play your anthem on your opponents turn.
Play it in combat after they declare blockers.

Quote from Lycoris@DirkGently: I think Pharika will see some standard play, considering she has the same cost and body as Thassa, but I'd rather not debate it further, as this isn't the Standard forum, and I haven't kept up with standard in a while, so I take my own opinions with a grain of salt.
Daring Thief may be a card I pick up for Derevi some day, as trading off bird tokens for good creatures seems nice; though not having any built in evasion means he's another creature who doesn't want to get in the red zone, which limits my untap triggers a bit.
Battlefield Thaumaturge is decent as Goblin Electromancer #2, though without enough multi-target spells, he's likely a little worse, and not the type of card I'd go out of my way to protect, so his hexproof doesn't impress me much. He's got an awesome name though.
Eidolon of Rhetoric is good for white decks trying to slow down the game, though with Ethersworn Canonist around, do decks really need another Rule of Law?
Aegis of the Gods is a nice alternative for decks that were playing Witchbane Orb, and again, good name.
Bearer of the Heavens is a flavorful card, though he's somewhat hard to use profitably, so if I see him at a table, I hope the person playing him knows what he's doing.

No, you wouldn't draw five cards...ephors says if a creature entered last turn, draw a card, not draw a card for each creature that entered.
