Quote from SpeedGrapher »It's a knight themed set. You are going to have white soldier and knights. They are going to be fighting red goblins and black demons. There will be blue mages manipulating the situation for fun. Then the white knights are going to call on the green mages for help fighting off the demons in the second act of the 2nd set that comes out. There will most likely be a large number of legendary creature. There might even be a new sub category called hero's for white.
Here is for sure a preview card. Skyknight Vanguard. Another Ironroot Warlord. Another Empyrean Eagle. and another preview card Corpse Knight. Here's part of the knight cycle preview Cavalier of Dawn.

I thought I've read somewhere that Eldraine will only get one set in a row. Nevertheless, the knights being plants for Throne of Eldraine makes sense...but I expect the only goblin to appear in Throne of Eldraine to be the MTG version of Rumpelstiltskin. There are no Arthurian goblins to my knowledge, and which (other) fairy tales have goblins in them? It's also hard to think of any fairy tales with demons besides the Devil in them, and to my knowledge, there are also no Arthurian demons.
trevorstrnad asked: will eldrain have 3 sets (like the recent guilds of ravnica "block")? would be kinda sad if a new plane will only be featured in one set
A: Eldraine is just featured in one set. Baseball (the codename of the next set) will be on a different plane.

Quote from Creedmoor »Takes me back to the good ol days of thragtusk and restoration angel in standard. I had a friend who can never remember the names of Magic cards and this card was always known as "Thraggletooth".

First off, the visuals are absolutely beautiful. The gingerbread cookies look like they came right out of a Pixar film, complete with love song. I'm astonished at how well they're animated. And suddenly Garruk storms the castle and gets in a fight with the guards, and the poor cookies are looking for a place to hide or maybe escape. They find themselved trapped between a pot full of boiling orange fluid and a milk jar that shatters, leaving them dangling precariously over the edge. Garruk's axe comes down, separating the two cookies, and the female falls into the pot, seemingly dead. Garruk grabs the male cookie and bites his head off. Yes, Garruk is seriously eating a gingerbread cookie in a MtG trailer. Even the big bad huntsman loves him some home-baked sweets. Then we see that the female cookie survived...and she is MAD. She grabs a fork and leaps at Garruk, intent on putting an eye out. Yes, Garruk seriously has a cartoony gingerbread woman out for his blood because he ate her boyfriend.
I don't even know what to say to all this. It's so well animated and deranged and sad and hilarious and...WHAT THE FUNKY MONKEY DID I JUST WATCH? |8D

In Monster World, maybe you have Creature Parts that can be combined together? I bet Kiora is returning then to play with the big sea monsters that will inevitably exist on that world.

Raging Kronch and Kronch Wrangler: Another pair of cards that really wanted Partner With. Maybe we'll eventually get a card that lets you choose two creature card names and gives creatures you control with the chosen names Partner With?
Whisper: Pull the lever, Kronch!
