I for one (I am unsure if there are others who would agree with me) would follow a single, comprehensive banlist which accommodates the needs of both commander formats. Sometimes I wish that the powers that be would just combine both lists and be done with it.
I have always wished that SOMEBODY of relevance would one day create a banlist which applies to both 1v1 and multi. I hope the rules committee adopts this concept even if some changes are needed.
Black can thoughtseize and duress. Discard is all about eliminating threats before they manifest.
Non-basic land hate is powerful and is considered a counter to ANY deck that relies too heavily on non-basic lands. It is possible for a 4-color deck to adopt a basic heavy landbase with or without green. Land tax and all of its balanced variants in white are good about searching up basic lands. White also can tutor for mana rocks with enlightened tutor. Blood moon does little to a 4-color deck filled with basic lands and ways to fetch them out.
sygg, river cutthroat functions similar to edric, spymaster of trest in many respects. Both are quick to take the offensive and generate card advantage for doing so. Sygg costs only 2 mana so it's safe to say that he will also be on the battlefield from beginning to end.
Perhaps splash a little stax elements in order to hinder long game strategies. Attacking the hand specifically may be the key. necrogen mists, bottomless pit, delirium skeins, painful quandary, and descent into madness come to mind. You could opt for targeted discard, however that route has less impact in multiplayer.
I prefer Damia, sage of stone for control over Tasigur, the golden fang. Damia sits there and draws cards for free while Tas requires an activation cost to generate card advantage. Yes Damia costs more upfront but, it is harder to play control when you also need to hold up mana for Tasigur's ability.
Since I doubt that you are playing 1v1 in any competitive environment, building for the normal multiplayer ban list (likely to be most of your games) and then "cycling" any cards banned in 1v1 is probably the better choice. So just exile any "banned in 1v1" card when playing 1v1 and draw another one. My friends and I generally only did this for Sol Ring if we were playing 1v1, but you're likely playing 1v1 against someone who isn't competitive in 1v1 as well, so it shouldn't be a big deal.
Alternatively, I'd build the list for multiplayer bans, then go through and swap cards that are banned in 1v1 afterwards. Generally, cards that are good in multiplayer are too slow for decks that are tuned for 1v1 and 1v1 decks run too much 1v1 spot removal and low curves and don't translate well to a multiplayer table due to the higher life total and multiple opponents taking away much of your list's likely 1v1 win conditions.

Agree with this method. My main deck is built with normal commander rules, but paired with a 15-card "sideboard" designed to allow for a legal transition into the dual format.
A fantasy of mine is for both of the commander ban lists (multiplayer and dual) to be adhered to simultaneously when deck building as well as for any tournament play. Theoretically, this would allow for a tournament system where rounds alternate between 1v1 and free-for-all pods. It would make decks more distinct, breed creativity, and bring the ENTIRE commander community (and that is a big community) closer together.
Well, everyone's last hope for an infect commander is crushed. Those who felt that infect had no business in commander 2015 can now rejoice. On topic, I feel underwhelmed by ezuri, claw of progress. That said, experience counters are untested and i may just be naive.
Blue can swan song away ruination or blood moon.

I hear that Tasigur really shines in combo though
Thanks for all you do around here ;p
