Yes, you lose control of the creature.
However, it is not a delayed trigger, it is just the duration of the effect. A delayed trigger is still a trigger so you can find an "at", "when" or "whenever" on the ability to show that; Rubinia's ability doesn't have any of them. "As long as" denotes duration.
The effect starts when you activate the Elemental's ability (copied from Rubinia), and stays until the Elemental becomes untapped, even if the Elemental doesn't have the ability at this point.

This. Any effect based on a specific life total becomes potentially broken in Commander (Serra Ascendant, Divinity of Pride, Felidar Sovereign, etc). As said above, the safest way is to have it be along the lines of "When a player has 10 or more life than his or her starting life total..." It's a bit clunky, but it helps prevent games from just ending in the first 3 turns or so.

Legendary Creature - Shapeshifter
Changeling (This card is every creature type at all times.)
~ may target creatures as though they didn't have shroud or hexproof.
T: Choose two target nontoken creatures. Those creatures each simultaneously become a copy of the other.

Next: A Ravnica general that has converted to a different guild. (Ex: What would a Simic biomancer be like if they followed the Orzhov church? What if a Rakdos fanatic became interested in Izzet science? Etc.)

Prestofrigeration is an amazing name, and I may have to add this to my storybook themed set along with other assorted spells with awesomely ridiculous names. The effect is also fun, and I'd like to see a way of working "if ___ is already ___, return ~ to hand" into a full cycle of spells.
Sandwitch and her beast remind me a lot of the witch/cauldron/newt combo, in a good way. It can be a good or a bad thing to have cards that require specific other cards to do well, but little combo bonuses here and there are nice. I also like the idea of making otherwise vanilla creatures into something uniquely useful. This could be expanded on to keep naming specific cards, or you could use abilities like "if the sacrificed creature has no abilities, ____."
With Hither//Thither//Yon, I have no idea how this would fit onto a card. The idea of two small spells coupled with one big one is neat, but again it just doesn't fit well onto the cardboard.

I'd want something like this that was less about graveyard protection and more about synergy with flashback and other exile cards. Like:
Oblivion Gate (alt) 3
Artifact
Exile a card from your graveyard face-down: Put target face-up exiled card you own into your graveyard.
This way, you're permanently trading something you don't need for something you want back, and you can't infinitely loop it.

I'm done here.
