Yeah but those are enchant creatures, that might take the uncommon cycle, but I have to think were going to get at least a cycle of just straight Enchantments in Rare.
Have we had any enchantments yet? and by that I mean just straight forward ones, no creatures or artifacts. I have to think there's some sort of cycle or something with that coming, probably a rare and an uncommon set
I'd be surprised to see enemy colors in Theros. more likely in the other two sets, along with their respective dual lands and gods. Kiora has a good shot there as well.

Sanguine Bond anybody? if they don't disenchant SB before your next turn, next turn you play this and it's a minimum 12 point life swing. Plus if you're playing mostly black and you've got Nykthos you might be able to start this turn 4
I don't think the minor will get a weapon I can see ordeals and emissaries for sure. Beyer confirmed the Ordeal were inspired by the twelve labours of Heracles so i think a cycle of 5 per set makes sense

As for extrapolating it's hard to say if it's going to be attack attack attack reward like OoP
I could See Thassa's reward being Scry 3 or draw 2 or something like that. I just don't know if attacking is going to be the sole criteria it could be does combat damage, or if target creature damaged by so and so dies.. I'd like to think it's different triggers because otherwise you could put two or more on a hexproof creature and go to town
I believe all those stories were at least considered for card designs across the block, although not necessarily expressed mechanically in the ways you suggest. The labors of Heracles in particular are represented in Theros as a cycle of “Ordeal” enchantments, which let a creature venture out, accomplish tasks, and return with a reward.
