Bountiful Growth2G
Enchantment — Aura (U)
Enchant land
Whenever enchanted land is tapped for mana, its controller adds an additional G for each Aura attached to it. "The forest's energy knows no bounds. Be still and moment and tell me you can't feel its growth around you."
Retrocast Weird1U
Creature — Weird Wizard (R)
Flash
When Retrocast Weird enters the battlefield, target instant or sorcery card in your graveyard gains jump-start until end of turn. (You may cast that card from your graveyard by discarding a card in addition to paying its other costs. Then exile that card.)
Unearth 2R(2R: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery.)

Double or NothingBB
Sorcery (U)
When you cast Double or Nothing, any opponent may discard two cards. If a player does, counter Double or Nothing.
Draw two cards. "Let's see what you're made of."

Sorcery (C)
Proliferate (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
Reinforce 1—G(G, Discard this card: Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.)
I'm pretty sure the second ability doesn't prevent you from tapping a permanent to activate its ability. At that point you've already activated the ability, right? Please let me know if I'm wrong.

Legendary Creature — Human Soldier (R)
First strike
Nonland permanents your opponents control enter the battlefield tapped.
Activated abilities of tapped permanents your opponents control can't be activated.

Beta TestR
Sorcery (C)
Exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card. If you cast Beta Test for its jump-start cost, add RR.
Jump-start (You may cast this card from your graveyard by discarding a card in addition to paying its other costs. Then exile this card.)
I came to this basic conclusion myself, which is why I voted for the card. I certainly don't think it's unprintable as is (just look at Light Up the Stage), but I feel like the functionality isn't changed drastically enough to warrant making this an instant as opposed to an enchantment with flash. I certainly could be wrong though.
Votes: Flintlock, Rudyard (I like how it works as a weird blink on your own creatures too. I think it might need to be an enchantment for memory reasons though.)
Unified Refusal1U
Instant (U)
Counter target spell unless its controller pays 1 for each creature type among creatures you control.
Votes: bravelion83, netn10 (I think it might need to cost 1 more though.)
Supply Runner1G
Creature — Elf Scout (C)
When Supply Runner enters the battlefield, draw a card if you control a creature with a +1/+1 counter on it.
Reinforce 1—1G(1G, Discard this card: Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.)

If netn10's second post doesn't count, I should only have 50 pts. It's possible there are other scoring mistakes as well.

Spore SpewerGG
Creature — Fungus (R)
Whenever you cast a creature spell, if Spore Spewer has fewer than three +1/+1 counters on it, put a +1/+1 counter on it. Otherwise, remove all +1/+1 counters from Spore Spewer and create that many 1/1 green Saproling creature tokens.

Long Journey Home4UU
Enchantment — Saga (R) (As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.)
I&II - Gain control of target creature.
III - Return all creatures to their owner's hand.
"Whenever you pay Lurking Darkness' cumulative upkeep, it deals..."[/spoiler]
First of all, thanks for the judgment of my card. It is quite good. I know judging is a thankless, often tiresome task. I appreciate all those that volunteer to do it. That said, I just want to mention that the way I made darkness possessive is correct as far as I know. Of course, the way you have it also considered correct. The only time adding an s to the end of a word to make it possessive is incorrect is when it is a plural noun that ends in s. I don't think you took points off for this, I just wanted to point it out since I get the idea that you're saying the way I have it is wrong. I'd also like to quickly point out that, as a rule, MTG opts to add the s to possessive, singular nouns that end in s. Purphoros's Emissary for example.

I did not double check these, but I assume they are correct. If I have time later, I can double check them if needed.
Edit: BTW, thanks for taking the time to run the numbers IcariiFA. Also, thanks for being honest.
