Something else I noticed, it mentions that Nylea interacts with another god: Karametra, god of the hearth. This isn't one of the main 5 gods we've seen so far. I'm wondering if this is just throwaway flavor, or will there possibly be more gods than the 5 we've seen?

Def more then 5 gods. There will prob be flavor/a card featuring them fighting/arguing, etc.
Prob will also be a land/enchantment about her sacred spot.
So I'm from Yugioh where no one would ever think of this kind of thing and it is confusing me a lot.
The scenario is this:
I declare tapping of Arbor Elf targeting a Forest. (this is before the tapping actually happens)
My opponent responds with Doom Blade targeting the Arbor Elf. Arbor Elf dies and as such cannot perform the tapping of itself to untap Forest.
Is this even a legal scenario? I know once the Main Phase starts I have priority so this has nothing to do with my opponent trying to play Doom Blade when he has no ability to. What I'm asking is if you can respond to the declaration of an effect (before the cost goes through and it goes on the stack).
It would also be helpful if I can get a sequence of events of what happens when you activate an effect. (ability, whatever its called)
Also, even if it is true, can I not just respond to the Doom Blade with another declaration of tapping Arbor Elf? It would make sense if you couldn't but I just want to ask this question regardless.
Second question is this scenario:
I control a Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius.
I use his :symu::symr: ability to deal 1 damage targeting a Centaur Healer.
It resolves and I perform the same task again.
I then activate his ability a third time targeting same said Centaur Healer.
My opponent in response to the ability on the stack plays Swords To Plowshares targeting my Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius. Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius is exiled and I gain 5 life.
Since Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius is no longer in play the ability targeting Centaur Healer fizzles and no longer burns it for 1 damage. This is because the source of the damage is no longer in play and as such cannot deal the damage.
I believe that anything on the stack resolves unless removed from the stack (like Venser, Shaper Savant targeting a spell on the stack), or countered or the turn ends abruptly. With that in mind I would see Dracogenius still burning Healer for the last point of damage. Am I wrong? (this is not a declaration problem, costs have been played and the ability is on the stack)
If I am wrong why is this so?
I am still new to Magic and have not delved into rulings and such yet (like, at all lol) but intend to at some point. Thankyou regardless.
Also if anything needs further explaining I am glad to help as much as I can.
ALSO, I want some exertions from the rules document(s?) if possible. (I'm sure this will be done anyways but just to make sure) Or if this is just common sense and **** ** **** ** ** ** * ** ***** then please state so. :|

Rakalite is it for me as the worst. It probably can have much more of an impact then Wood Elemental in a game but the startup cost is too damb high. At least I get a 2/2 for 6 that is permanent with the Wood. :/
I'm not sure about best but probably the Yawgamoth thing since it sounds bonkers i the right deck.
we better be speculating... i can not decide if that is strong or not... but it feels strong
lol really? i honestly could care less if my opponents remove the counters because i get to tap every turn but the first to exile anything but a creature............................................ unless he meant that can only be done if he has counters on him
Beast Within kills anything and your already playing Pong and Rapid so I don't see why not.
Also, what of Into the North and/or Nature's Lore over Harrow? Primal Growth looks like it could work too since you have a bunch of little guys. I mean, I guess the one thing Harrow has over all these is that it is an instant and can be played in bluffthignywhatever and can protect your **** from Acidic Slime/whatever and they come in untapped but on the other hand the others get your more value for your mana.
Have you though of Foresee over one of the topdeck cards? Probably Preordain since 2 cards is very restrictive.
Also, Mirri's Guile is reallllllyyyyy good although a bit expensive ($10) and looks like you have a budget (of some sort). On the other hand have you tried Ancestral Knowledge?

Seems pretty good with Tajic, Blade of the Legion and Precinct Captain.
Also good with other humans. lol
Didn't see a topic and thought this was one of the Standard better cards from the Dual decks so what are people's thoughts and idea for this?
I guess BW humans will still have a chance to be a thing. lol
