Your data has been very helpful. I'm writing a tool for organizing cubes(http://www.softwerks.com/mtg-cubed). I'd been scraping Gatherer myself, but this is far more convenient.
Any chance you can include the portal and commander sets in your next update? They seem to be missing.

Managing my collection with spreadsheets was becoming difficult, so I tried to find a collection manager that would make things easier. Although there are a few options (most of which have threads on MTG Salvation), nothing did quite what I wanted. Thus, Card DB was born.
Card DB is a lightweight database interface that can be used to track Magic: The Gathering collections, decks, and cubes. The database can be populated with card information from the Gatherer database. Images are provided from the same source. Cards can be organized into decks and cubes.
Using Card DB
Card DB is built with Python and Qt(Pyside) and should run on Window, OS X, and Linux. It was developed on Windows 7, and there is a prepackaged version for Windows available here:

The current version should be considered to be beta software. It has not been extensively tested and may contain bugs.
