I laughed too hard at that special event Garruk. It looks like something a young, newer player would think up as their first planeswalker design right down to how the card visually looks.
I managed to make people really angry with my Intet, the Dreamer deck. Friends I've been playing with for years.
I was short on mana (green particularly) for a bit so all I could do to interact was counter and destroy threats which already annoyed people. Once I got green, I started ramping until I could come out of my defensive position with Prophet of Kruphix and Etherium-Horn Sorcerer with enough lands to bounce and cast the sorcerer on every turn. By abusing this position, I was able to cascade into a bunch of ramp, card draw, and even answers to people's answers. People were sighing and groaning and really wanting to stomp me out of the game. I decided to play more recklessly and leave myself open to being answered to put the game back into a fun state for everyone else. After the game which I of course gave up my will to win so I didn't, I pretty much got told that my Intet deck is not a fun dragon deck anymore and just unoptimized ceta control so now I have some difficult adjustments to the deck I gotta do. Not like the guy who won abusing clones, reanimation, and Ashen Rider was much funner but whatevs.
Well not every crazy plays in EDH story can be a happy one.
Mirage-Block tutors (e.g. Worldly Tutor) against Codex Shredder have happened twice in the last three Commander games I've played.
I once tutored against a codex shredder on purpose to get a Life from the Loam in my graveyard.
Stupid things I have down include
* Forgetting the "creature you control" part on Cackling Counterpart, holding it in my hand thinking I have a neat little combat trick only to eat the attack for my ignorance.
* Forgetting spells having "cannot be countered", revealing that I have a counter spell in hand.
* Playing around with Etherium-horn sorcerer's cascade too much and not trying to like, just take over the game already. In my defense I was having a lot of fun...
* Warp World! Don't worry guys I got rid of the green player's indestructible/hexproof/eldrazi creatures and now he has...other indestructible/hexproof/eldrazi creatures while we have less permanents. Sorry everyone I should've remembered that his win conditions were Genesis Wave and Primal Surge.
Honestly, I like it. Yes, I'm a combo player and i think a matchup with a deck like this would be a challenging test. But, I HIGHLY recommend sorting your deck by function. It will make it considerably easier to critique, if that's your goal by posting this.
I do have a few suggestions though to start out with
You need more control. In addition to the more powerful counters, you want some stuff like Propaganda, Sunder, and Cyclonic Rift.
Dissipate - go big or go home. if you want to exile spells, go with Mindbreak Trap if you want efficiency you want Remand. But if you're intent on crippling combo decks, Mindbreak Trap and similar free counters are a must. They are one of the only things that stop a turn 1 win.
Thanks for your feedback. Especially the Academy Ruins and Jester's Cap bit because that is hilarious! I incorporated most of it so far. Still contemplating on where to fit in some more control stuff.

I think while you are certainly on theme (bravo), you should cut about half of your combo dismantling pieces for things that advance your game plan to win or counters/better grave hate. While you are 100% effective at what you want to do, someone in your pod is going to be playing mayael or something and ruin your day.
To boot, Jeleva will mill out combo pieces and critical things naturally, so another way to do this is to ramp and play sac outlets and just try and cast her as many times as possible. It won't be too targeted, but most combo pieces need their counterpart to do enough to affect a game, so its kinda good enough.
Thank you for your feedback.

Is it pimp if all my EDH decks use the same art for all their basic land types? For instance, my Intet, the Dreamer deck's mountains all have the Urza's Saga #344 John Avon art, forests all have the Onslaught #347 Forest art, and the Invasion #336 John Avon Island art.
Edit: I am kinda disturbed that I just now noticed that my main deck's basic lands are all illustrated by John Avon...
If you can't play the game and have fun, knowing and respecting and having faith in your own deck instead of crying about other peoples decks....then you shouldn't ****in play this game. Go play Yugioh or Pokemon or CoD.
Pokemon and Yugioh have a bunch of unfun cards that even they banned and stop printing too.
Back in the day like every Pokemon deck had energy removals which were basically its equivilant to Land Destruction. Only it doesn't cost mana or need colors to cast. Then for yugioh there's Yata-Garasu which is like, the biggest F-U card ever. "Kids games" can be cruel too.
Honestly I think cards like Toxic Deluge and Black Sun's Zenith are better than most white wraths but I play black more than most colors so that's probably point of view bias.
I designed this deck to punish predictable combo decks and to give me the satisfying feeling of rendering my enemies too dumb to resist my control over the game. The main strategy of this deck is to win by annihilating my opponent's libraries, board states, and their plans to stop me. I'm open to things that can further this deck's gameplan. Especially things that crush the dreams of combo players > : )
Though I'd hate to see them play against something like Stax or blue lock downs, it just wasn't the kind of deck they wanted to play against. Playing Magic, EDH especially, with strangers is a difficult thing to do.
For the record I don't think your deck sounded unfun at all but then again I'm a big fan of turning games into a big mess and turning people's bombs against them.
I draw a Coiling Oracle which I play and reveal a Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker. I play Kiki-Jiki and copy my coiling oracle and reveal an Unexpected Results and casted it. The planeswalker deck player told me that if I got homeward path from unexpected results that he would give me a dollar. I shuffle my deck and he cuts the top card. Take a wild guess as to what Unexpected Results gave me.
Love return to the ranks.

* Playing Djinn of Infinite Deceits after playing Kira, Great Glass-Spinner on the field when it was down to me and someone else. I had Hammer of Purphoros in play and aimed to tap the Djinn to snatch the guy's Pathrazer of Ulamog. Kira was there to protect this plan from kill spells. Needless to say Kira actually screwed up my plans...

* Emptying everyone's libraries with Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge spamming and never paying attention to the fact that one of the players had a sundial of the infinite in play.

Also blue.
Though the friend with the 5 color Progenitus commanded planeswalker deck managed to through out a Doubling Season and a Sorin, Lord of Innistrad to swipe some of my field. Wanting more of cascade and the two other people (Scourge of valkas and Farhaven Elf) he took from me, I spent my next turn trying to get my Homeward Path.

Top tier: Thassa, Ephara
High tier: Kruphix, Xenagos
Mid tier: The rest
Low tier: Mogis, Karametra, Phenax
Bottom tier: Pharika
At least from my point of view.
