Bal'Eir - I love the "everlasting" concept. It also does some crazy degenerate things, which is what planechase is all about, right?

NEXT: Give me the most evil (flavor-wise) card draw spell you can think of.
You grant a swift and dark death, gaining you 25 gold and 3 exp.
You proceed to the Barricades (+1(W/U)):
This beach was once the site of a great battle during the War of Rites. The barricade erected on that day still stands in parts, but most of it has worn away, eroded by the sea, or been looted by post-war opportunists. A small camp sits on the spot now. The camp is home to a few residents and fisherman, a small Hand of Righteousness outpost, and every so often, traveling merchants.
What do?
(OOC: Sorry, was in Hawaii. No internet.)
A small sense of accloplishment graces my mind as I slay the merfolk. However, now is not the time to dawdle. I will continue on my way to Stillwind Hills via the Onyx Mine Ruins. I'm not looking forward to it; ruins creep me out somewhat.
You head north to the Blacksand Sea Caves (+(U/B))
To both the north and the west, waves of dark water crash against spires of dark rock. Your route takes you to a short cliffside, but leaning over you see a narrow path down to a small set of sea caves atop which you now stand.
Turning the corner on the path, you are attacked!

The merfolk defeated, I head east to Blacksand Barricades.
You approach the weeping turtle-man and ask what's wrong. "Oooohhh *sniff* helllooooo. Thaaank you for aaaasking. I was down by Stillwind Hiiiiillls and I got separated from my friiiieeeend. I don't haave any waaay to contaaaact hiiiiiim. Couuuld yooouuu find hiiim and teeeell him where I aaaaam?"
"It would be my pleasure sir. Please sit tight." I tell the turtle-man. Since he said his friend was near stillwind hills, I decide to head there. The only way to get there is through the blacksand seacaves, so I decide to brave the darkness and head in.
You go to the Grand Cathedral in search of a needy fellow. Entering the Cathedral you see, as always,Father Tor'ka. You also see a woman, Lady Catari, who seems to be another religious official. Among the notable nonclergy present are a strange turtle-man weeping in a pew and a faerie flying up around the rafters giggling.
Seeing as the turtle-man is the only one who does'nt seem to be enjoying himself today, I decide to ask him what's bothering him, and if I can help.
The bazaar is amazing. So many people doing so many different things. It amazes me. After long consideration, I decide to buy the shabby robe and the Harvester's Sickle. My pockets significantly less full, I decide to head to the church. I myself am not a religious being, but I wish to test my skills, and religious men always have problems. My sickle at my side, I head forth into the city to find the church.
Begrina: A western coastal trading city with a slight gothic vibe. In the north of the city is the Grand Cathedral, home to Begrina's faithful. In the west are the Bazaar and Beacon Harbor, where adventurers can purchase wares for their journey or even hire safe passage. To the south, you find a boisterous Star Tavern. The east is mostly residential.
Since I am unprepared for this grand world around me, I decide to head to the bazaar to buy some supplies. I'm mostly looking for weapons and armor, but wilderness supplies are definitely in mind.
