Fortuitous Winds1U
Enchantment
When ~ enters the battlefield, draw a card.
As long as it’s your turn, creatures with flying you control get +1/+0.
As long as it’s not your turn, creatures without flying, you don’t control get -1/-0.
Welcome to the DCC!
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to post in the DCC Discussion Thread.
How To Play
How does this card-making game work? It's simple! Whenever your card receives a vote in the day's poll, you receive [1] point for the month. If your card ends up with the most votes for that day, you will receive [2] additional points for the month. In the event of a tie, each person who tied receives [1] additional point. At the end of each month, the person with the most points on the scoreboard wins that month, then the scoreboard is cleared for the next month. You can participate in as many or as few days as you want in any month.
Rules
Each day you may post any card you want. On the next day all of the posted cards will be put into a poll the thread as long as your card didn't get disqualified - see the next point for more details. If you post more than one card in a DCC thread, only the first card you post will be taken.
When you vote, you need to make exactly two votes for two different people. Vote for the cards that are listed in the first post, not other cards being posted in the thread. If you notice that you've only voted for one person, include your second vote in a post, even if you're not submitting a card.
If you want to change your vote for any reason, post that change in the day's thread (you can include it with your card if you want). Changed votes in the discussion thread will be ignored.
Voting for only one person, for three or more people, or for yourself will earn you an asterisk by your name in the monthly leaderboard. So will failing to vote if you've posted a card. (We're not going to do anything about people who don't vote or post cards; that would be kind of silly.) This indicates that you're on probation for the next 21 days. If you're on probation and you make another improper vote, your card will be disqualified. Repeated disqualification is grounds for warnings and/or infractions for not following the game rules, so please don't do it.
Voting for everything in the poll will be grounds for a lifetime ban from the DCC. Don't do it. It just wastes the thread creators' time.
If you wish to post a render, please use the hyperlink option when posting your card and make the card name the image link. Renders are usually large enough to clog up the list, so submit a text-formed card and (optionally) a link in the name to the render.
This thread is just for your card submission. Take your questions/comments to our discussion thread. If it's a question, comment, or complaint about probation, PM me instead and I'll explain it.
Anyone can post the new thread for the day. When you post it, make sure that:
You have a poll in the thread;
You include everyone's cards (excluding cards that have been disqualified);
The poll is marked as public and multiple choice with a one-day time limit; and
You update the leaderboard with the previous day's scores.
(An easy way to post the new thread is to hit the multiquote button on every post in the previous day's thread, then click Post Reply. Select everything in this post, copy it, and then paste it into the first post for a new thread. You'll have to clean up a few small things, like quote tags around the opening post and the previous day's cards.)
IcariiFA should be at 46 (+3). I see no need to post tables as that's the only correction needed today.
Votes: Flatline, BlackWaltz3
Honorable mention for Phyrexian Editor. I understand that the red part of the card is probably supposed to be a manifest variation on Wheel of Fortune-like effects, but I wonder if it would be more appropriate in blue, making the card green-blue, which is still Temur for flavor.
Implusive Decision1R
Sorcery (U)
Kicker R
Exile the top two cards of your library. Until end of turn, you may play those cards. If Implusive Decision was kicked, you may play those cards until the end of your next turn instead. Regardless of how much time it takes for you to get to them, the best decisions are always the ones that make you happy.
Veil of Duplicity5UU

@ Indighost: Ok, I have to report a score mistake again. Both BlackWaltz3 and DiscardUnearth are missing a point. They should be respectively at 13 (+3) and 3 (+3). You probably missed netn10's votes because they posted after you in yesterday's thread. In fact, you also missed netn10's sumbission in the card quotes from yesterday. Tables attached again.

Well, thank you, but... YES!!! You did it! Today's scores are perfect! I have the updated tables, but I don't need to post them today! Good job!
Votes: void_nothing, Flatline (the name should be bolded and I'd probably put it at uncommon, but I think that my love for mix-and-match cards is well known by now.)
Honorable mention for Phyrexian Editor.
I like the idea, but I have problems with the first ability. As is the trigger happens after the fight, but you probably want to put the +1/+1 counter on the creature before it fights. I'm convinced that would be the intuitive way most players would play the card, and they would play the card wrong as a result. I'd change the card to put the +1/+1 counter on before the fight, but if you want to keep it like this, I think it needs some form of reminder text for the first ability like (Put the +1/+1 counter on that creature only after the fight and only if it survives the fight.) or something like that.

Compleator1
Artifact (R)
Sacrifice an artifact: Target opponent with less poison counters than the saceificed artifacts converted mana cost gets a poison counter.
I THINK... I THINK I DID IT. I THINK THE NUMBERS ARE RIGHT.
Almost! You only have me and IcariiFA reversed (I should have 42 points and IcariiFA 39, EDIT: he beat me at pointing this out as he posted while I was writing this), and should put void_nothing before yourself (I'm sorry) because void_nothing has a higher score than you, even though they're both correct. Flatline also didn't get any point yesterday, so the +1 should not be there, but the score of 59 is correct. Updated tables attached.
Votes: netn10, IcariiFA
Honorable mention for Flintlock. I like the idea of multiple extort very much, but four times is a little too swingy in my opinion (it's a potential eight-life swing whenever you cast a spell if you have the mana to pay the quadruple extort).
Dinopack Alpha2GG
Creature — Dinosaur (R) Enrage — Whenever Dinopack Alpha is dealt damage, create a 4/4 green Dinosaur creature token. Ferocious — Whenever Dinopack Alpha attacks, if you control a creature with power 4 or greater, draw a card. If you want to be the leader of the pack, you need a pack to lead.

Target attacking creature that's blocked by exactly one creature becomes unblocked. The creature that was blocking it deals damage equal to its power to the attacking player.

I'm pretty sure the second ability doesn't prevent you from tapping a permanent to activate its ability. At that point you've already activated the ability, right? Please let me know if I'm wrong.

You have a poll in the thread;
You include everyone's cards (excluding cards that have been disqualified);
Notes of the Day
I THINK... I THINK I DID IT. I THINK THE NUMBERS ARE RIGHT.
My tables updated with yesterday's votes are attached here. The scores in the OP are almost correct today, there are only two people who have one less point than they should: netn10 should have 32 points (31 in the OP) and void_nothing should have 24 (23 in the OP). You probably missed my own votes yesterday (I'm the only person who voted for both of them yesterday). All the rest is correct according to my tables (also see discussion thread).

Zameck Hydra3GU
Creature — Illusion Hydra (R)
Zameck Hydra enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it.
When Zameck Hydra enters the battlefield, proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
Evoke (G/U)(G/U)(You may cast this spell for its evoke cost. If you do, it’s sacrificed when it enters the battlefield.) Not all of the guildhall guardians are water creatures, and not all of them are corporeal.

Votes: netn10, void_nothing
Honorable mention for Indighost. I like the card very much but I think it needs to cost more mana (I'd cost it at 3B very probably), as is it gives you 4 power and 5 toughness over two bodies for three mana. That's a bit too much.

Inflame the Wound1R
Sorcery (U)
Inflame the Wound deals 2 damage to each creature dealt damage this turn. Then Inflame the Wound deals 1 damage to each other creature. The first strike is never the worst.
Slow but steady comes in 12th. (That's the place I'm aiming for.)
There are so many good ones today. Voidnothing and Flintlock (top down! top down!) for me. Rudyard would have had it if it'd cost more and been a sorcery that triggers off noncombat damage too.
Glittering Mist3U
Instant {U}
Return target creature to its owner's hand, then manifest a card from your hand. (Put it on the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it's a creature card.) In the twilight before dawn, the thick haze over the Glasspool would capture the sun's oblique rays. It was like standing inside a sparkling curtain, about to be drawn up to start a new day.
Rakdos Roulette 1
Sorcery (M)
Each player may choose to get a Coward Emblem with, "Creatures you control cannot block", each player who does not flips two coins. Each player whose coin comes up Tails once loses half their life rounded up, each player whose coin comes up Tails both times loses the game.
